The Dogma Kingdom (ドグマ王国, Doguma Ōkoku) was an evil organization from outer space whose invasion of Earth was repelled by Kazuya Oki/Kamen Rider Super-1.

History

A secret extremist organization originating from Dark-Nebula B-26 who are seeking to kill Super-1 and rule the earth with their cyborgs, purging all those deemed unworthy of the utopia.

Membership

• Emperor Terror Macro/Kaiser Crow (帝王テラーマクロ／カイザーグロウ, Teiō Terā Makuro/Kaizā Kurō, 1-23): The leader of the Dogma Kingdom, an ancient looking man who surrounds himself with bodyguards. The bells that hang down under his throne ring to announce his arrival, and also serve as a means of discipline. After General Megirl's failure to destroy Super-1, he transforms into Kaiser Crow to fight him personally, and is destroyed by Super-1 Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• General Megirl/Death Buffalo (メガール将軍／死神バッファロー, Megāru Shōgun/Shinigami Baffarō, 1-22): The Dogma Kingdom's only eminent chief, he was a human named Masato Okuzawa (奥沢 正人, Okuzawa Masato) until an event five years prior resulted in his joining Dogma. He rides the horse Baraga (バラガ, Baraga) and is a master of the sword. After all his subordinates are killed, he transforms into Death Buffalo to fight Kamen Rider Super-1, and is destroyed by Super-1 Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Dogma Bodyguards (ドグマ親衛隊, 1-23): As their name states, they won't let anyone get too close to Terror Macro. They are higher ranks than General Megirl.
• Dogma Fighters (ドグマファイター, Doguma Faitā, 1-23): The Dogma Kingdom's foot soldiers. Scientists wear the white gowns.

Monsters

• Fire Kong (ファイヤーコング, Faiyā Kongu, 1-2): A gorilla monster that took on a human form. He was the kaijin that was apart of destroying the base along with the scientist who had a hand in the Super-1 project. Destroyed by Super-1's Whirlwind Super Kick.
• Elekibas (エレキバス, Erekibasu, 3): An octopus monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Kamagirigan (カマギリガン, Kamagirigan, 4): A mantis monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• ChameleKing (カメレキング, Kamerekingu, 5): A chameleon monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Spiderbaban (スパイダーババン, Supaidābaban, 6): A spider monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• ArigiThunder (アリギサンダー, Arigisandā, 7): An ant monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Sun Kick.
• Snakecobran (スネークコブラン, Sunēkukoburan, 8): A snake monster with a cobra head for a left hand. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moonsalto Kick.
• Ganigannii (ガニガンニー, Ganigannī, 9): A crab monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Spark Kick.
• Bakuronger (バクロンガー, Bakurongā, 10): A tapir monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• JawsWani (ジョーズワニ, Jōzuwani, 11): An alligator monster. After taking in the Artificial Cell X9, he changed from the 1st (Ⅰ世, Issei) form to the 2nd (Ⅱ世, Nisei) form. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Raigyon (ライギョン, Raigyon, 12): A piranha monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Whirlwind Kick.
• Gyosutoma (ギョストマ, Gyosutoma, 12-13): A piranha monster. He was in hiding in Raigyon who served as a decoy. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Plum-blossom Two-step Kick.
• Mukaderiya (ムカデリヤ, Mukaderiya, 14): A centipede monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• LionThunder (ライオンサンダー, Raionsandā, 15): A lion monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Onimengo (オニメンゴ, Onimengo, 16): An oni monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Lightning Drop.
• Lonely Wolf (ロンリーウルフ, Ronrī Urufu, 17): A wolf monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Yattaradamas (ヤッタラダマス, Yattaradamasu, 18): A Japanese Dragon monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• Cassette Gomoru (カセットゴウモル, Kasetto Goumoru, 19): A bat and compact cassette monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• Tsutadenma (ツタデンマ, Tsutadenma, 20): An Ivy and telephone monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• Bachingaru (バチンガル, Bachingaru, 21): A wasp monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Eleki Beam.
• Satan Hawk (サタンホーク, Satan Hooku, movie): A hawk monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Moon Surface Kick.
• Strong Bear (ストロングベアー, Sutorongu Beā, movie): A bear monster. Destroyed by Master Genkai.
• Hebindar (ヘビンダー, Hebindā, movie): A snake monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Sincere Fist Two-handed Strike.
• Zozongar (ゾゾンガー, Zozongā, movie): An elephant monster. Destroyed by Super-1's Super Rider Spark Kick.
• Crazy Tiger (クレイジータイガー, Kureijī Taigā, movie): A tiger monster. Destroyed by Super-1 stabbing him with his own longpole.
