Biography[]
It assisted Shadow Moon in his plot to turn a town into a Ghost Town. Assisted by the Phantom Mutants, he was tasked to kidnap a fleeing scientist from Gorgom to Yubari to have him complete a giant combat robot that will be used to annihilate Kamen Rider Black.
Profile[]
He can energize the fins attached to his arms and throw them as exploding projectiles. He can bite as well and his teeth regenerate upon falling out.
