The Destroyer (破壊者, Hakaisha) is the Ruler of Chaos (混沌を司る者, Konton o Tsukasadoru-mono), an opposing force to the Ruler of Order, which manifested in the form of Another Blade to bring chaos upon the world and disturb the balance of order. It communicates through a red Sealing Slab.
History[]
Kamen Rider Blade 20th Anniversary STAGE&TALK[]
The Ruler of Order and Ruler of Chaos have existed since aeons ago, governing the balance between order and chaos.
20 years after the events of Kamen Rider Blade, seeing that the Battle Fight has ended, the Destroyer sends a manifestation of itself to Earth to start the Fight again. Taking the form of Another Blade, it begins its mission first by unsealing the Caucasus Undead from BOARD's laboratory, and then turning Kazuma Kenzaki and Hajime Aikawa back into Joker Undeads. Afterwards, it stands on the sidelines while letting Caucasus wreak havoc and hunt down the two Jokers by itself.
The Destroyer finally makes its presence known to Kamen Rider Blade and Kamen Rider Chalice right after the latter two have just defeated Caucasus. It overpowers the duo, all the while making clear its intention of plunging everything into chaos. Sakuya Tachibana and Mutsuki Kamijo arrive in time to assist Hajime and Kenzaki. The four transform into their Ace Forms to stand against the Destroyer's minions.
Once its underlings have been dealt with, the four use their respective Final Forms to severely weaken the Destroyer. Kenzaki, receiving the power of his three comrades, successfully destroys the monster with his Four Card combo. In its last moments, the Destroyer comments on how far humanity has progressed.
Afterwards, the Ruler of Order awakens from its slumber to manage the Battle Fight once more, seeing that there are now two Joker Undead existing. Realizing that the Ruler of Chaos is behind the recent events, the Master ensures its counterpart that no matter what the latter does, the former will always be there to balance out whatever chaos that is created.
