Dente Stomach (デンテ・ストマック, Dente Sutomakku) was Shoma's late granduncle. He had been the previous head of R&D at Stomach Inc. in charge of manufacturing Dark Snacks. Currently, he resides on Earth as his grandnephew's ally in his fight against his siblings.
History[]
Dente Stomach and his older brother of Zomb Stomach founded the Stomach Inc. together when it started as an ordinary confectionery company. He was in charge of research and development and developed many types of treats as a foodie. Until one day, Zomb brought with him an ingredient procured from another world. Without much thought into its origins, Dente unknowingly produced an addictive treat that made huge profits for Stomach Inc. During his time there, he invented the system to convert humans into a Human Press, though he has become tired of developing the Dark Snacks and decided to teach everything he knew to his second grandnephew Nyelv. Later, his nephew Bouche had him remodel and enhance the Gavv in Shoma's stomach which could not produce kin. Feeling interest in this research, Dente accepts Bouche's request, but he was never able to get Shoma's Gavv working.
In the remodeling process, Dente started to grow fond towards Shoma. To fulfill his sincere feelings, Dente went to the human world to research humans and find a way to activate his youngest grandnephew's Gavv, but he became addicted to the human world's snacks and ultimately retired, living somewhere in the mountain which is out of reach from both humans and Granutes.
When Dente discovers Shoma, who faints due to metabolism after fighting with Siita and Jiip's agents. He was firstly being treated as a fellow Granute like the part-timers, until Dente happily celebrates the success of his operation and reminds Shoma his own identity and his parent's past, sharing a bag of spicy chips with him. Shoma reacted angrily upon hearing the story and left, but he eventually returns to Dente's hideout upon reaffirming his resolve to fight, while asking Dente for his assistance to fight against Stomach Inc. in exchange of providing him with human snacks to enjoy and some Gochizos for Dente to do research and keep contact with each other. He later develops Gavvphone to help Shoma.
Personality[]
Dente is shown to have a benevolent heart as he is willing to do as much as he can to help his family members, including helping Bouche to remodel Shoma's Gavv so that he can have the same Gavv powers as his family. He was also shown to have a carefree personality, as he grows fond of human snacks and decides to live in human world secretly as he finds living there can give him more freedom as he does not need to maintain clothing on his body.
Dente is also a foodie and glutton for treats, where he does different things for other based his fond towards snacks. His fondness for human snacks is also the one of reasons why he ultimately decides to help his youngest grandnephew, Shoma. The other reason is because he regrets his involvement in creating the Dark Snacks and the tragedies that come with it, and helping Shoma against Stomach Inc. is his way of atoning for what he did.

- Kin Creation: Like the other members of Stomach Family, Dente is said to be capable of spawning kin from his gavv.[The Memories Are Painful]

- Master Engineer: Dente has high engineering skills as he was the one who developed the Human Press and the Mimic Key Technology, he was also the one who has modified Shoma's Gavv into its current state. He later develops equipment for Shoma, including Gavvphone. He would later reverse-engineer Nyelv's Vrastumgear for Hanto, but wasn't skilled enough to create an artificial Gochizo for it. Sacrificing teeth from his gavv, Dente created a power-up item that was fueled by 100 Gochizo, allowing Shoma to use more powerful forms in his fight against Stomach Inc.
- Disguise Skills: Though Dente has his own Mimicdeviser, he does not have his own Mimic Key to assume human disguise, he uses clothing instead to disguise himself if he needs to enter human society.

- Shoma/Kamen Rider Gavv: His youngest grandnephew. Dente originally assisted with remodeling Shoma's Gavv at Bouche's request but developed a fondness and protectiveness for Shoma. When Shoma ventured into the human world, Dente helped him to provided him with shelter and human snacks. Eventually, Dente formally decided to aid Shoma against Stomach Inc. (in exchange for snacks). However, it's later revealed that he helps his grandnephew not purely for snacks, but also to atone for creating the Dark Snacks and not doing anything to stop his family from going the dark path of becoming a drug empire.
- Zomb: His late older brother who is the founder of Stomach Inc.. His brother gave him a secret ingredient from another world that made Dark Snacks more addicting, making the profits much greater deal.
- Bouche: His nephew who requested him to modify Shoma's Gavv during the latter's childhood.
Friends & Allies[]
- Rakia Amarga/Kamen Rider Vram: Giving his information that he created Dark Snacks, Rakia attacked him. Dente then taught him the history how Dark Treats are created via the first prototype. Rakia spares him till his sins are redeemed, as Dente requests that he watch over Shoma after him in his place.
- Sachika Amane: Dente shows joyful and friendly attitude towards Sachika who has take care of Shoma for so long. Despite Sachika feels a little bit afraid towards Dente when they first met, it shows the two of them has developed a good relationship as Sachika has help Dente to take care of Hanto, while later even help tidying up his hideout.
- Hanto Karakida/Kamen Rider Valen: While his interactions with Hanto were limited, he was willing to help him for his nephew's sake, and, learning of his surgery, developed a modified Vrastumgear to allow Hanto to fight with less strain on his body, and utilize the newly created Frappeis Gochizo.

- Stomach Family/Stomach Inc.: As the first Head of Development of the faction, he's the creator of Dark Snacks. He retired and gave his role to his grandnephew, Nyelv Stomach after entering the Human World. Now deciding to help Shoma and atone his own sins, Dente has decided to stand hostile towards his former company.

- Dente is voiced by Yohei Tadano (多田野 曜平, Tadano Yōhei), who previously voiced the Whale Imagin in Kamen Rider Den-O. His main physical and suit actor is Jiro Okamoto (岡元 次郎, Okamoto Jirō), with Yasuhiko Imai (今井 靖彦, Imai Yasuhiko) substituting for him in Episode 16.
