Deadly! Super Electro Three-step Kick!! (必殺！超電三段キック！！, Hissatsu! Chō Den Sandan Kikku!!) is the thirty-second episode of Kamen Rider Stronger. It features the face-off with the Delzer Army majin, Baron Rock, who falls to Stronger's titular Super Electro Three-step Kick.
This episode also introduces an update to the opening and ending sequence reflecting the emergence of the Delzer Army, the death of Tackle, and Stronger's Charge Up upgrade, which will last for the remainder of the series. The opening theme Kamen Rider Stronger no Uta is retained, despite its dated line about defeating Black Satan, with the addition of scenes featuring Stronger fighting the Delzer Army Corps (namely those of Commanding Officer Brank) and assuming his Charge Up form, on top of his motorcycle chase with the Black Satan Soldiers. The opening narration is modified to reflect that Stronger is now fighting the Delzer Army instead of Black Satan. Following Tackle's death, the ending theme Kyō mo Tatakau Stronger is replaced by Stronger Action, the ending sequence now featuring Stronger alone in his Charge Up form fighting against Delzer Army Corps belonging to various majin.
