Dead Lion (デッドライオン, Deddo Raion) is a lion monster from Egypt who is known as the strongest commander of Black Satan.

He took over after Mr. Titan's death. After Black Satan's destruction, his whereabouts are unknown.

Dead Lion is one of the generals that served Badan after the revival of every organization that were destroyed by the Kamen Riders. It is revealed he survived the destruction of Black Satan by fleeing and going into hiding. He was first seen in a somewhat pitiful state, as his cybernetics were rusting and falling apart and he was trying to hunt for food. (His human form is even briefly shown). He then saw one of the pyramids Badan was using in its assault on the world with Titan in command of it. Shocked at seeing a fellow member of the fallen organization, he boarded the pyramid. Confused as Titan would not explain what was going on, he witnessed the destruction of the JSDF at the command of Titan, and the appearance of Black Satan's entire Kikaijin Army resurrected and ready for war.
