This unnamed man is a cultivated human-Granute organism created by the Muter.
History[]
This man was one of the many experimental hybrids created by Qlarp on Caries' behalf, inspired by Kamen Rider Gavv's fight and wished for the same power as his. He and his fellow hybrids would live in a mansion made of candy and snacks, unaware of his/their purpose until one day he witnessed Qlarp brutally tearing the Breed Gavv off of a hybrid. His fear creating a Terror Gochizo, Qlarp denounces his usefulness and attacked him as well.
The man, gravely wounded, escaped to Shoma's world, having stolen a Door Space device with a Vashimu Soldier in pursuit. He stumbled upon Shoma and Sachika Amane, eventually succumbed to his injuries while the latter was entrusted to take care of him, lamenting about the his meaning of life as he disintegrated.

The cultivated young man was portrayed by Natsuki Sawamoto (澤本 夏輝, Sawamoto Natsuki) of FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE.

- Despite his short appearance, the man is featured in several promotional posters and material for the movie, where he is referred as "Mysterious young man".
