The Crab Fangire (クラブファンガイア, Kurabu Fangaia)'s true name was The Decoy That Imitated a Sternum and a Dictionary (辞書や胸骨を模した囮, Jisho ya Kyōkotsu o Moshita Otori) and he was from the Aqua Class. Took advantage of the Fangire Hunters' arrest to go on a feeding spree. He was able to spit acidic foam from his mouth, was armored by a thick shell, and possessed claws strong enough to cut through a bus. After Keisuke Nago altered the past, the Crab Fangire was aided by the Cicada Fangire in a fight against Kiva and Ixa. The battle resulted in Kiva destroying the Crab Fangire.

The Crab Fangire fights Kiva as the Riders appear to fight Shocker.
Due to a change in history caused by Ankh leaving a O Medal behind in 1971, Shocker achieved its goal of world dominion with the Shocker Greeed which defeated the Double Riders, and new members from the various groups that would had manifested in the normal timeline after Shocker's destruction. The Crab Fangire was among the many monsters who were part of the this alliance. As more and more of the Kamen Riders started appearing and fighting Shocker's forces, the Crab Fangire fought Kiva alongside the Lion Fangire only to be defeated.
