Colonel Dasmader (ダスマダー大佐, Dasumadā Taisa) is a major antagonist in Kamen Rider Black RX. He is an inspector sent by Crisis whose task is to put the invasion party back on track, receiving utter contempt by his peers due to his arrogance. By the end of the series, it is revealed that Dasmader served as a vessel and second body for Emperor Crisis himself.
History[]
He was almost killed by both General Jark and Black RX: Dasmader was stabbed in the back by Jark Shougun when Jark was trying to save Maribaron from being killed by him while RX successfully thrust his Revolcane into his body and he exploded, but later it was shown that he was still alive.
He later leads Gatezawn and Bosgun in the attempt to kill Gedorian to appease Crisis' anger. In episode 46, Maribaron discovers that he was actually a secondary body for their boss. In episode 47, he was summoned when Black RX refused Crisis' order and was killed as a result. Crisis then revealed himself after Dasmader's demise.

- Projectiles: Dasmader can launch fire balls from the panther on his head strong enough to blast rock. Dasmader could fire a green laser, with a shape of a dragon's head from his helmet for combat.
