The Cockroach Yummy is created by Uva through the desire of the king to become stronger along with Lion Yummy and Whale Yummy in the Kamen Rider OOO novel. Just after their creation, all of them are in their stronger forms due to the king's unlimited desire though they have been defeated by the king and a betraying Ankh.
