Cockroach Man (ごきぶり男, Gokiburi Otoko, 55) - A cockroach monster of Shocker. Cockroach Man was created by using con artist who was sell fake bug spray. His mission was to cause an epidemic by release his swarm of roaches that were lasted with a special bacterium that causes the infected to quickly age. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider #1's Rider Hanten Kick.

- Dash: Cockroach man can run at speeds up to 55 Mph.
- Super Jump: Cockroach man can jump 5 meters into the air, as seen when he jumped over the car to fight Takeshi Hongo.
- Superhuman Strength: Like a traditional Shocker Kaijin, Cockroach Man has Superhuman Strength.
- Aging Bacteria Spit: Cockroach Man's primary ability is his Aging bacteria Spit which he can use to age any human to death.

- Quick Draw Knife: Cockroach Man can quick draw a knife from his utility belt.
- Utility Belt: Given to him by shocker, Cockroach Man has a titanium belt in which he carries his pocket knife.
Abilities[]
- Recharge: During his fight with Kamen Rider (Takeshi Hongo) Cockroach Man remained completely still as Combat Men fought him. for a period of time before going back to the battle. This was a filming error though it was explained later on in supplementry material.
- Combat Skills: Like other Shocker Monsters, Cockroach Man unexplainably has combat skills despite not possessing any prior to his mutation.
- Con Artistry: Prior to his transformation Cockroach Man was a con artist and regularly sold useless Cockroach repellents with his assistant.
Weaknesses[]
- Rider Reversal Kick: Cockroach Man was ultimately defeated by a Rider kick.
- Heights: Cockroach met his end after a rider kick knocked him off a building and fell down. This fall caused him to revert to his human form before dying.
- Flames: After reverting back to normal, the man burst into flames, likely due to Shocker's tinkering.
- Pettiness: After his former friend tried to escape, Cockroach Man completely ignored Takeshi Hongo in order to pursue him.
- Obliviousness: Cockroach Man often remains oblivious to his surroundings during fights. Mostly trying to recharge.
