Chloe (クロエ, Kuroe) is the adoptive daughter of Danton, one of his first experiments on artificial body modification, and future wife of Takeru Tenkuji.
Biography[]
Chloe was a little girl with a weak body. Her mother was worried that she will soon became sick and die because of the effects of the red sky, so she prayed to Danton so that he can save her before she died.

After that, Danton and Daigo Fukami performed a surgery on Chloe, effectively protecting her from sickness. However, her underground life and the death of her mother rendered Chloe emotionless.

Later, after deciding to do body modifications to himself, Danton took Chloe out from the building they were living in. At first, Chloe didn't express anything, but then she smiled. [Kamen Rider Ghost: ~Memories of the Future~]
She was frozen in stasis for some period of time until Danton returned to the World of Gamma and reawakened her.
When Takeru was out searching for Makoto, he saw Chloe, who directed him to where Makoto was laying unconscious.
As Danton announced his intentions to the people of the Gamma World, Alain, Takeru, Alia, and Kanon went to dissuade the citizens but to no avail. Chloe then appeared and began to attack Takeru.
Though Danton managed to steal the blue-colored crystal, which was an important component in the machine built by Akari Tsukimura and Igor to purify the red sky, Onari had managed to take it back, leading Chloe to chase after him. Along the way, she encountered Takeru again, and was about to fight him when she sensed her father's death, leading her to become distraught as she felt there was no longer any reason for her to live on. However, Takeru encouraged her to live for her own sake and seek out a future of her own, showing her the now-purified blue sky. [Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter]
In the future, she would eventually marry Takeru Tenkuji and give birth to Ayumu Tenkuji. [Kamen Rider Ghost: ~Memories of the Future~]
Personality[]
Not much is known about Chloe's personality, though she was shown to love her father a lot, going so far as to stand against others who defy her father. Her love for her father was so great that his death greatly affected her, until Takeru encouraged her to live for her own sake.
Abilities[]
- Skilled Combatant: As one of Danton's creations, Chloe has demonstrated great combat ability, being able to fight on par with an untransformed Takeru.
