This article is about a character in Kamen Rider Geats. |
Chirami (チラミ ) is a Game Master (ゲームマスター, Gēmu Masutā) of the Desire Grand Prix, replacing Girori, who also transforms into the first Kamen Rider Glare2 (仮面ライダーグレア2, Kamen Raidā Gurea Tsū).
History
Divergence Arc
Chirami is selected as the new Game Master with the previous DGP tournament having ended in the firing of Girori. He created the new rules which are supported by the sponsors, converting the DGP into a reality TV show-style format. He presents himself during the first gathering of the Riders and boldly proclaiming the new rules.
Lamentation Arc
As the Jyamatos weren't appearing as part of Daichi Isuzu's plan, he creates his own but he ends up falling in a Beroba trap and ended up losing his vision driver and ended up hearing the cancellation of the desire grand prix until they came back with the vision driver, from then on he just stayed with Tsumuri watching the fights
Yearning Arc
Chirami underestimates Buffa's strength as a Jyamashin and sends several riders, including a previous Deza Shin, to fight him, which he ultimately fails doing. Later, Ziin and Chirami meet with Michinaga, who returns the Vision Driver back to the latter so that they can fight him. However, they were both swiftly defeated. Later, when Ace was resurrected by Tsumuri's wish, Ace fought against Chimari for the DGP's crimes. Buffa interrupts the fight and defeats the latter with his Zombie Breaker. Chirami is sent back to future world after being defeated by Buffa.
Personality
Unlike Girori, Chirami was more eccentric, having a loud personality, often to the annoyance of the other players. Additionally, Chirami does not hide his identity as the Game Master, immediately discarding the mask and cloak in front of the players (and the audience to an extent).
Chirami was shown to be heavily obsessed in investing the "entertainment" of the Desire Grand Prix, and was willing to do anything to keep the "entertainment" active, such as becoming the antagonist for the Tag Game, using civilians to fight Buffa and reclaim the DGP, and fighting Buffa himself. Chirami is also shown to only care about "entertainment", and he has no qualms keeping "entertainment" active at the expense of anyone, such as the Riders he sent to Buffa, to Tsumuri's dismay. He has a dark view of humanity, thinking of them as malicious species, of which he has no problem taking advantage of it for "entertainment" with the DGP by pitting them against each other to fight for their desires, as well as trying to bribe Buffa with more wishes when he gets overwhelmed. He'd be surprised if he finds humans that challenge said belief, such as Ace Ukiyo, Keiwa Sakurai, and Neon Kurama's dedication to protecting the innocent from the Jyamato Grand Prix despite not being rewarded.
However, Chirami has shown at making poor decisions and choices, such as using tens of civilians to defeat Buffa, despite Buffa's invincibility as the Jyamashin, attempting to reveal the truth about the Desire Grand Prix to Ace and the others twice before being slapped by Samas on both occasions, and boasting about how the Vision Driver requires his fingerprint to Beroba, unwittingly giving Beroba the tips to transform as Glare2. As such, he can be easily fooled and estimated by his enemies. He's also shown to be overbearing, harassing Tsumuri for not fulfilling her duties as a Navigator, as well as being a coward when things go south for him, begging for anyone to help or spare him.

Glare2's primary form is accessed by authenticating the Providence Card with the Vision Driver.
Compared to the Kamen Riders in the Desire Grand Prix, Glare2's specs are significantly higher than any of the DGP players, but loses in power to the first Kamen Rider Glare. He is also able to use several control devices on his suit named the Hypnoray (ヒュプノレイ, Hyupunorei) to control the Riders, by having it forcefully replace the Riders' Crest Gears and latch onto their heads. The Hypnoray can also be used to fire laser beams with an individual Hypnoray and charge a powerful blast with a pair of two.
Since Chirami has very little combat experience, he can easily be defeated by average enemies. However, he makes up for it by worm dancing to dodge attacks, and utilizing the Hypnoray for defense via GM Riders or other long-distance offensive methods.
Kamen Rider Glare2 consists of the following parts:
- Glare2 Mask (グレア2マスク, Gurea Tsū Masuku): The head.
- Glare2 Antennae (グレア2アンテナ, Gurea Tsū Antena): The dimensional observer. It performs dimensional observation within an observation range with a radius of 30 km, and is responsible for acquiring detailed information about the surrounding environment and objects before sending it to the Glare2 Vision.
- Glare2 Vision (グレア2ヴィジョン, Gurea Tsū Vijon): The visual device. High-dimensional images processed in real time from cameras on various parts of the body are displayed on an internal hemispherical monitor to provide a seamless view of the real and virtual worlds.
- Dimension Signal (ディメンションシグナル, Dimenshon Shigunaru): The detection device. By continuously monitoring the state of space-time, it detects events that may interfere with the stable operation of Kamen Riders, such as fluctuations in space-time, and issues a warning. At that time, the transformation may be canceled.
- Head Pedestal (ヘッドペデスタル, Heddo Pedesutaru): The head device. It is responsible for expanding the functionality of the user's head, and by means of an unknown armor material called metamaterial, it has both high hardness that surpasses diamond as well as excellent toughness to repel all impacts.
- Glare2 Crush (グレア2クラッシュ, Gurea Tsū Kurasshu): The mouth section. It maintains the breathing of the user by preventing the entry of toxic substances, etc., allowing for the extraction of oxygen underwater and breathing for short periods of time in oxygen-free environments.
- Division Armor (ディヴィジョンアーマー, Divijon Āmā): The armor. By means of an unknown armor material called metamaterial, it has both high hardness that surpasses diamond as well as excellent toughness to repel all impacts.
- Hypnoray (ヒュプノレイ, Hyupunorei): The control device. It is a part of the Division Armor that separates and forcibly attaches to the target's head to put them under control.
- Deflect Suit (デフレクトスーツ, Defurekuto Sūtsu): The suit-type combat power strengthening device. Using energy supplied from the Vision Driver, it dramatically raises the output of the player's physical abilities. It also boasts impregnable defensive power by deploying Circle Deflector (サークルデフレクター, Sākuru Defurekutā) electromagnetic deflection shields from the circular Deflect Pits (デフレクトピット, Defurekuto Pitto) arranged throughout the body.
- Glare2 Arm (グレア2アーム, Gurea Tsū Āmu): The arms. By supplying energy from the Vision Driver, it is possible to lift targets without feeling the weight at all.
- Optimanipulator (オプティマニピュレーター, Oputimanipyurētā): The gloves. They demonstrate the power to dominate players of the Desire Grand Prix players by enhancing punch power and grip strength. A debuff program can also be applied to the target at the moment of impact to adjust the relative power balance.
- Glare2 Leg (グレア2レッグ, Gurea Tsū Reggu): The thighs. The energy supplied from the Vision Driver is gathered at the tip of the foot to activate finishing moves.
- Optimaleggers (オプティマレガース, Oputimaregāsu): The boots. They demonstrate the power to dominate players of the Desire Grand Prix by enhancing kicking and jumping power. In addition, by deploying Circle Deflectors on the soles of the feet, they create a foothold in the air to secure an advantageous position.
This form has the following finishers:
- Vision Driver finishers
- Delete (デリート, Derīto): Glare2 leaps into the air, with the Hypnorays making a pentagon formation and conjuring a purple energy field in front of him. He then performs a diving dropkick, his feet molding the energy field into a drill shape.
- Shut Down (シャットダウン, Shatto Daun): to be added
