The Charybdis Megid (カリュブディスメギド, Karyubudisu Megido)[1], or simply Charybdis (カリュブディス, Karyubudisu)[2], is a special Megid with multiple human hosts.

Arsenal
- Zarutsdra (ザルツドラ, Zarutsudora): A large hatchet-like blade wielded by Charybdis after gaining two hosts. Even after its hosts are separated from Charybdis, it still has access to this weapon.
Abilities
- Consumption: Charybdis can transform its torso into a giant mouth to consume people or inorganic matter.
- Vacuum Creation: After gaining two hosts, Charybdis can draw its enemy closer by consuming the air between them using a mouth created from its arm or torso.
- Absorbed Abilities: By consuming any number of other Megid, Charybdis can use use their abilities. It is able to use multiple abilities at the same time.
- Propulsion Fists: Gained from consuming the Golem Megid, Charybdis can launch the Golem Megid's hands from its torso mouth and control them remotely.
- Invisibility: Gained from consuming the Ahiru Megid, Charybdis has the ability to become invisible.
- Regeneration: Gained from consuming the Hanzaki Megid, Charybdis can grow back severed body parts. Charybdis can also regenerate its own Alter Ride Book upon its destruction.
- Piranha Swarm: Gained from consuming the Piranha Megid, Charybdis can summon a swarm of piranhas, which jump out of a nearby body of water and fly through the air.
- Enhanced Smell: Gained from partially consuming Desast, Charybdis has an increased sense of smell that allows him to detect Kamen Rider Sabela while she is in the form of smoke.

Charybdis Hercules (カリュブディス・ハーキュリー, Karyubudisu Hākyurī) is the Charybdis Megid's upgraded form after partially absorbing Desast and the Eternal Phoenix Wonder Ride Book.
Abilities
- Consumption: Charybdis Hercules can transform its torso into a giant mouth to consume people or inorganic matter.
- Enhanced Strength: Charybdis Hercules possesses more strength in its new right arm, allowing it to knock down Kamen Riders with a single punch.
- Seismic Punch: With a single punch into the ground from the enhanced right arm, Charybdis Hercules can create powerful seismic tremors.
- Meteor Summoning: Charybdis Hercules can summon a meteor storm that attacks his enemies.
- Absorbed Abilities: Due to partially consuming Desast/Kamen Rider Falchion, Charybdis can use his abilities.
- Phoenix Wings: Gained from Kamen Rider Falchion, Charybdis can sprout orange phoenix wings from its back.
- Calamity Strike-style Attack: Gained from Desast, Charybdis can perform a version of his signature attack in which it spins its body like a drill and rams into the enemy while surrounded by purple energy and fire.
- Regeneration: Charybdis can completely regenerate its body if destroyed.

Portrayal
After Charybdis Megid's second appearance, Charybdis Megid is voiced by Ryota Iwasaki (岩崎 諒太, Iwasaki Ryōta). Its suit actor is Danki Sakae (榮 男樹, Sakae Danki).
Etymology
- Charybdis Megid is based on the Greek sea monster of the same name.
- Charybdis Hercules is based on the Roman hero of the same name.
Notes
- Much like the Dodo Magia from the previous season, the Charybdis Megid is a recurring monster who is later upgraded.
- The Charybdis Megid is the third Megid to gain an upgrade, the first two being the Hanzaki and Ahiru Megids respectively.
- The Charybdis Megid is the second Megid to be destroyed by another Megid, the first being the Ahiru Megid from Saber's Hyper Battle DVD.
- Unlike the Ahiru Megid, its destruction resulted in its permanent death.
- The Charybdis Megid's abilities and the teeth patterns on its design are similar to Ogre from Kamen Rider Wizard.
