Chapter 3: A Father, and a Swordsman. (父であり、剣士。, Chichi de Ari, Kenshi.) is the third episode of Kamen Rider Saber. It features the debut of Kamen Rider Buster, as well as mechanic Tetsuo Daishinji. Blades Lion Fantasista and Saber Dragon Peter also make their appearances.
Synopsis[]
After the young man who entered the book store on a blue lion enters another young man on a flying carpet! The name of this young man who starts to speak directly with Touma Kamiyama is Kento Fukamiya, and he was once a childhood friend of Touma's! Could he be aware of Touma's strange dreams, and the events of what happened 15 years ago? Furthermore, another new swordsman also appears as Touma and Rintaro rush to the scene! His name is Ryo Ogami, a Swordsman of Earth who wields a large sword and ferociously cuts down Megid as Kamen Rider Buster! Not to mention, he is also a swordsman with a child!

- "Bonne lecture! My name is Tassel. I'm currently worried about novelist, Touma Kamiyama. Why you ask? During the war over the amazing book that created the world, an incident that caused worlds to switch... This mysterious world, we'll call it Wonder World. Caught up in the incident, Touma encounters the scared sword, and found himself into the midst. Oh, by the way, he decides to fight alongside the secret guild to protect the book. But then, a mysterious man appears before Touma..."

Errors[]
- When Blades initiates his transformation into Lion Fantasista, his hand can be seen moving to pull the sword out before retracting it as the transformation sequence begins. This is most likely an acting error by Eitoku.
- During the scene in which Ryo opens his Ridebook for his first transformation, his thumb moves from under the book to behind the page as the scene changes.
