Chapter 25: Clad in Smoke, the Crimson Assassin. (煙をまといし、真紅の刺客。, Kemuri o Matoishi, Shinku no Shikaku.) is the twenty-fifth episode of Kamen Rider Saber. It features the debut of Kamen Rider Sabela and the reveal of the third Kamen Rider Calibur's identity.
Synopsis
Touma goes on yet another rampage as Primitive Dragon. However, Rintaro had his Wonder Ride Books stolen by Primitive Dragon, so it was Saikou and Calibur who were the unlikely ones to save Mei's life in the nick of time. Touma suffers a dreadful nightmare that he will unknowingly kill his friends in the midst of another mindless rampage as Primitive Dragon. He's concerned that if he doesn't do something about this now, he will be fighting his own friends more than the Megid and the traitor in the Sword of Logos. Meanwhile, Rintaro has an audience with Master Logos where he is reminded of just how dangerous Touma is right now. It isn't long before Mei reaches out to Rintaro to meet with her and Touma. It's been a long time since they've seen each other again.. It was just then that Ryo and Tetsuo were suddenly attacked by a new swordsman within the Northern Base.
Plot
- "Everyone, Bonne lecture! Wait, now's not the time for that! A brand new Calibur has appeared! Hayato Fukamiya became a traitor in search for power, while Daichi Kamijo defeated Kento in his own search for power and unraveling the hidden truth. So, what is this new Calibur up to?"

In his dream, Touma sees that he, as Primitive Dragon, has slain all of the swordsmen and is about to attack a wounded Mei. As he awakes, he sees an illusion of Luna asking him to save "him". Her appearance is seemingly aware by both Tassel and Master Logos. Touma reaffirms his promise to save Luna, but is afraid that he would lose control before that, so he goes back to research for a solution in the books.

At the Southern Base, all Sword of Logos' members are kneeling to Master Logos, with Reika acting as his mouthpiece. Recounting the recent events, including the defection of many of their swordsmen, she says it is necessary for them to be punished. Rintaro asks if it is true that there is a traitor within the organization, but Reika blames Touma, before Master Logos tells him to fulfill his duty. After everyone is dismissed, Reika tell Master Logos that everything is going as planned. The leader praises her for her loyalty, much to her delight.
Back at Fantastic Bookstore Kamiyama, Ryo and Tetsuo informs Yuri of the reappearance of Calibur. Yuri then leaves to meet an old friend, while the later two go the Northern Base, where Touma, Mei and Sora are reading books. Mei looks at Rintaro's Wonder Ride Books and thinks about how they were taken. Somewhere else, Reika meets a detained Sophia and demands to know where she hid the book she created. Sophia asks about the wellbeing of everyone, but Reika slaps her. The swordswoman then dresses up and leaves the room.
At the Northern Base, Touma is upset after finding nothing in the books. Tetsuo comments on how Primitive Dragon stole Rintato's Wonder Ride Books, and Ryo wonders if it is looking for them for some reasons. As Touma remembers about the boy in his dream, Sora tells them about the dead dragon who still looks for his friends that he read in one of the books. The kid asks if they can help the dragon, but Tetsuo tells him that a book's outcome cannot be changed. Ryo rebukes his claim and they start arguing. They then realize that Mei has taken Rintaro's books away, so Touma runs after her. Somewhere else, Rintaro is met by Mei, who gives back to him his Wonder Ride Books.
As Ryo and Tetsuo discuss about the forbidden book, Reika enters the room, revealing that she is the owner of Eneiken Noroshi, the smoke Holy Sword. She tells them that she is there to pass judgment, while Ryo demands answers. Reika processes to transform into Kamen Rider Sabela and engages Buster and Slash. With her superior swordsmanship and intangibility, the female Kamen Rider easily overwhelms the men. Watching the battle from outside, Sora rushes to ask for help.
Rintaro and Mei are seen hanging out on a rooftop. Mei comments that both he and Touma want to protect the world. Rintaro feels tormented between the loyalty for the Sword of Logos and his friendship with them. Touma appears and refuses to hand over his sword. He tells Rintaro about the boy he saw while being possessed. Although he does not know who the boy is, he is determined to save him, much to Rintaro's frustration. However, the water swordsman admits that that is what he likes about Touma. After seemingly reconciling thanks to Mei, Touma entrusts Rintaro to cut him down if he ever goes rampage again. Sora arrives and informs them of the situation, so Touma and Rintaro run to the Northern Base. Just when they comes to the scene, Sabela defeats Buster and Slash, knocking them out of transformation and confiscating the Bremen no Rock Band Wonder Ride Book. Touma decides, against his friends' objection, to engage her by transforming into Draconic Knight, but the Primitive Dragon book swaps itself into Touma's belt before he could transform, transforming him into Primitive Dragon again. The berserk Rider quickly turns on his friends after knocking Sabela with a tackle. Meanwhile, Yuri is meeting with Tassel at his house, but the man tells him that there is no way to control Primitive Dragon, before disappearing to meet someone.
Yuri returns and engages Touma. As Rintaro watches but is hesitant to transform and stop Primitive Dragon like he promised, the berserk swordsman rushes to attack him, but a dark cloud appears between them. Calibur comes out and blocks the attack. Primitive Dragon launches a finisher, but Calibur manages to counter it, knocking both out of transformation. Everyone in the room is shocked to see that Calibur is none other than Kento.
