Chaps (チャップ, Chappu) are the foot soldiers of the Crisis Empire. They come in three colors: gray, brown, and black. The loyal guards wear capes. The last of them were finished by the original 10 Kamen Riders before Black RX battles Dasmader.

Chap Yummy[]
The Combatman Yummy army.
Chap Yummy (チャップヤミー, Chappu Yamī): Cell Medal recreations of the Chaps appear as part of a Combatman Yummy (戦闘員ヤミー, Sentōin Yamī) army, the product of Shocker Combatman In Sendo's desire for like-minded allies to defeat the Kamen Riders, based on the grunts from past villainous groups who fought against Kamen Riders, whom Sendo refers to as the "past generation combatmen" (歴代戦闘員, Rekidai Sentōin). Kamen Rider Fourze[]
A trio of Chaps were seen fighting RX in new video footage that Tomoko Nozama found on the internet, along with other clips of past Kamen Riders, who are now known as urban legends. [Space Superiority]
Dai-Shocker[]
The Chaps eventually joined the ranks of Dai-Shocker, an organization made up of all the enemies of the Kamen Riders. They were seen during the "Super Hero Taisen" incident. They served as secondary foot soldiers of the revived Dai-Shocker assembled by Decade to wipe out the Super Sentai, ensuring the survival of the Kamen Riders. After Dai-Shocker's alliance with Dai-Zangyack was revealed, both organizations were wiped out by a gathering of Kamen Riders and Super Sentai. [Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen]
Space Shocker[]
The Chaps also served as a secondary foot soldier force to Space Shocker, an evil amalgamation organization similar to Dai-Shocker, which aimed to conquer the universe. Underground Empire Badan[]

Shocker[]

The Chaps served as a secondary foot soldier force for Shocker in the altered timeline created by the History Modifying Machine. [Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3]
One later appeared as an ally to Shocker when they hijacked the Denliner, but was quickly defeated by Naomi. It was left behind in it's proper era, tied up and ready for Black RX. -Pretty Den-O Appears!
