Chameleon Imagin (カメレオンイマジン, Kamereon Imajin) was an evil Imagin that appeared in Kamen Rider Den-O.

History[]
The Chameleon Imagin wields a whip and can breathe fire. When Yu wishes for "a hell of a lot of money," the Chameleon fulfills this wish by robbing banks, retrieving enough money to almost drown his contact holder in his apartment room. When he travels to the past, the Chameleon Imagin begins to destroy various cars while possessing Yamagoshi. The Chameleon Imagin overpowers Den-O Plat Form until Momotaros apologizes for his earlier squabble with Ryotaro and assumes Den-O Sword Form, slicing the Imagin in half at the waist with his Extreme Slash and destroying him.

- Contract Creation: Like all Imagin, the Chameleon Imagin can form a contract with a person in order to gain a physical form.
- Time Travel: Like other Imagin, once his contract was completed he could travel to a point in time precious to his host.
- Invisibility: He can turn invisible to attack to his enemies or escape the fight.
- Pyrokinesis: He can breath fire and throw flames from his hands.
- Climbing walls: He can climbing walls, car windows and windows.

- Tongue-Whip: His whip shaped like a chameleon's tongue can attack to his opponents and strangle up two victims.
Weakness[]
- Death of contract host: Due to the greatly delicate nature of the contract, if the contract holder forgets or dies before the contract is completed, the Imagin bound to him or her will fade away.
- Smell of Imagin: Chamaleon Imagin gives off a smell who Momotaro can recognizes.

Chameleon Imagin is voiced by Junichi Kanemaru (金丸 淳一, Kanemaru Junichi), who best known for voicing Sonic the Hedgehog in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Notes[]
- As pointed out in the design book Imagin: Say Your Wish..., the first few enemy Imagin correspond to Riders from Kamen Rider Ryuki, with the Chameleon Imagin corresponding to Kamen Rider Verde.
- The word on Chameleon Imagin's body is actually a twisted "FROG", which is contradicts his animal motif.
- His Motif basis is The Frog Prince, based in the appareance of a prince and a frog.
