Cerberus Malgam (ケルベロスマルガム, Keruberosu Marugamu) is a Malgam created by Glion from the transmutation of a Malice Doll and Yoacerberus.

The Malice Doll that was transmuted into the Cerberus Malgam is a ferocious glutton with an insatiable appetite for meat. It is also a picky eater, spitting out Houtaro Ichinose's cream puff meat bun.

- Abilities
- Elemental Breath: The Cerberus Malgam's heads can each breath a different element from their mouths. The right head breathes ice, the middle head breathes flame, and the left head breathes lightning.
- Splitting and Regeneration: The Cerberus Malgam can split into three copies of itself. If any of these copies destroyed, only the head will remain, and it will float back to any other clones that are still active and regenerate its body.
- Golden Chain: The Cerberus Malgam can release it's golden chain on its head to tie up its target.
- Weaknesses
- Meat: Any type of meat left on the ground will temporarily distract the Cerberus Malgam, regardless of its quality.
- Pan Flute: The Cerberus Malgam's power is kept in check by a pan flute played by someone. Should that flute be destroyed, the Malgam will go berserk and attack anyone in sight.

Portrayal[]
- Cerberus Malgam is voiced by Kazuya Ichijo (一条 和矢, Ichijō Kazuya) and his suit actors are Yuji Nakata and Danki Sakae (榮 男樹, Sakae Danki). Its original human-sized Malice Doll form is portrayed by Yohei Fujita (藤田 洋平, Fujita Yohei).
