The Rouzers (ラウザー, Rauzā) are special card readers used by the Riders in Kamen Rider Blade. When a Rouse Card is swiped through it, it enables the user to utilize (called as Rouse (ラウズ, Rauzu) which means awakening) the power of or, in the case of Chalice, take the form of the the Undead sealed inside.

Blay Rouzer[]

Blay Rouzer
The Blay Rouzer (ブレラウザー, Burei Rauzā) is Kamen Rider Blade’s primary armament. It's a hi-tech saber which serves as a weapon for combat and storage unit for Rouse Cards, including Proper Blanks. After activating Jack Form, the Blay Rouzer gains an enhancement in the form of a blade extension. Its extended length aside, all of the standard features and functions remain intact, although its AP Cache has been largely expanded.
The Blay Rouzer can be used by Blade in King Form for the Straight Flush technique.
King Rouzer[]

The Heavy Rousing Sword King Rouzer (重醒剣キングラウザー, Jūseiken Kingu Rauzā) is a giant sword-type card reader that appears with the enhanced transformation of Kamen Rider Blade King Form. Accessed when Blade transforms and forms within his hand, this sword allows Blade to perform Poker hand-themed attacks via his own collection of Rouse cards or borrowing from the other Kamen Riders.

The Garren Rouzer (ギャレンラウザー, Gyaren Rauzā) is Garren’s primary armament, which is a hi-tech gun that serves as a weapon for combat and storage unit for Rouse Cards, including Proper Blanks. After activating Jack Form, the Garren Rouzer gains an enhancement in the form of a blade forming on the barrel to be let the weapon be used for close-range attacks.
Chalice Rouzer[]

The Chalice Rouzer (カリスラウザー, Karisu Rauzā) is a unique transformation device bestowed upon the Joker Undead. When Roused with the Mantis Undead he becomes the Kamen Rider Chalice. The full extent of its power is unknown, but the Chalice Rouzer is capable of reproducing the DNA of sealed Undead and mimic their forms with frightening accuracy, as well as their respective powers and abilities, with the only difference being the Rouzer itself. Further adding to its uniqueness, is that the Chalice Rouzer utilizes the "Swipe" function, which became the template for the Rider System's "Rouzer" technology.
This Rouzer can be removed from the belt and used as a "brass knuckle" sort of weapon to enhance punches or inserted into the Chalice Arrow to use it to scan Rouse Cards without transforming into the Undead.
The Rouzer comes with a belt along with the Card Deck holder for storing cards.
When Kenzaki became a Joker Undead, he gained his own Chalice Rouzer.

Leangle Rouzer[]

The Leangle Rouzer (レンゲルラウザー, Rengeru Rauzā) is Leangle’s primary armament which is an extendable staff weapon that actually lacks a storage unit for Rouse Cards, resulting in him needing a Card Deck on his waist.

The Larc Rouzer (ラルクラウザー, Raruku Rauzā) is a crossbow possessed by Kamen Rider Larc. The weapon's design used combined aspects of Garren Rouzer and Chalice Arrow.
Lance Rouzer[]

Lance Rouzer
The Lance Rouzer (ランスラウザー, Ransu Rauzā) is a large spear possessed by Kamen Rider Lance. The weapon itself is modeled after Kamen Rider Leangle's Leangle Rouzer. Like its predecessor, this weapon lacks a card holder which compensated through his Lance Buckle.
