Each Deadman has a contract holder (契約者, Keiyaku-sha) tied to them. To release their inner demons out, the contract holders can stamp a Proto Vistamp onto their own body. The contract holders can also access a higher contract with their Deadman to fuse with them.

- Most of the contract holders serves as antitheses/parallel to the Rider basis of their respective Vistamps.
- Junpei - Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider 1: Junpei felt a sense of not being worthy to his friends as he was dismayed over his lack of special achievements, where Takeshi Hongo in contrast has several high achievements for being the first Kamen Rider, his high IQ of 600, and expertise in biochemistry, but would not pride himself with such accomplishments.
- Tomoyuki Harada - Ryotaro Nogami/Kamen Rider Den-O: Ryotaro Nogami was a physically weak individual who possesses strong willpower to control his Imagin partners and fight alongside them as Den-O, while in contrast, Harada is a burly thug who had weak willpower as he failed to control his inner demon as the Mammoth Deadman immediately knocked him out.
- Hiromi Kadota - Ikki Igarashi/Kamen Rider Revi: While Hiromi failed to tame his inner demon, inadvertently creating the Rex Deadman, he was eager to transform with the Revice Driver. Ikki in contrast was able to tame the devil Vice and succeeded in transforming with the Revice Driver, but was initially hesitant to become a full-time Kamen Rider.
- Ibata - Kouta Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim: Both Kouta Kazuraba and Ibata were soft-spoken and passive individuals who began to recklessly use their new powers for their own personal gains. The main difference between the two is that Kouta simply used his powers for the non-malicious purpose of helping out in his jobs, while Ibata had his Deadman attack his boss out of spiteful malice.
- Araki - Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade: Both Tsukasa Kadoya and Araki initially possessed rude, arrogant personalities who despite this were in actuality good individuals put into bad circumstances that often led them to a dark path. Tsukasa had been constantly targeted over his nature as the "Destroyer of Worlds", as he only had to accept the role and found peace after completing his mission. Araki had been stressed over his golf losing streak that led him to lashing over his caddie and ended up trying to attack the golf course, only to realize the error of his ways in the end.
- Ayaka Oketani - Gentaro Kisaragi/Kamen Rider Fourze: While both had little parental affection, the difference is how they handled it; Gentaro lost his parents in a car crash but often focused on finding companionship from more than one person. This is in stark contrast to Ayaka, who shut out every other friend she had due to being desperate for her mother's attention.
- Unnamed Salary Man - Hiromi Kadota/Kamen Rider Demons: The unnamed salary man was driven to unleash his inner demon after feeling being prosecuted by those in higher position. In contrast, Hiromi humbly followed orders by his superiors once he knew he made wrong choices, not giving into malice and ill-will.
- Masao - Yusuke Godai/Kamen Rider Kuuga: - Both Yusuke Godai and Masao valued making others smile, though how they did so vastly differs from one another; Yusuke always stays within limits of morality and has purely selfless motives. In contrast, Masao has slightly more selfish motivations and was more willing to cross the line.
- Scamming Group - Sougo Tokiwa/Kamen Rider Zi-O: While Sougo Tokiwa collected the Ridewatches through an honest means after earning the respect of the previous Riders and their allies, these three scammers in contrast were dishonest towards the individuals they were swindling money from. Sougo also had benevolent intentions behind his infrequent acts of deception, while the scammers constantly lied for selfish means.
- Yasushi Kudo - Sento Kiryu/Kamen Rider Build: Kudo despised those who go out of their way to selflessly help those in need after being humilated from his defeat by Ikki Igarashi, referring to him as an "egoist". Meanwhile, Sento Kiryu is a self-proclaimed "egoist" who displays kindness and sympathy towards others, embodying the traits that Kudo would detest.
- Unnamed Man - Go Shijima/Kamen Rider Mach: Both were undercover operatives who infiltrated their respective enemy factions in order to fulfill certain goals. Go Shijima pretended to have his memories tampered with by Roidmude 001 and went undercover to gather information for the Special Investigation Unit while the Chameleon Deadman killed and assumed the identity of Fenix Commander Yujiro Wakabayashi in order to recover the Giff Stamp. However, Go is genuinely on the side of good despite his gruff attitude, while the Chameleon Deadman cares very little about others and is much more manic.
- Amahiko Haitani - Chase/Kamen Rider Chaser: While Amahiko Haitani was a skilled manipulator who preferred to have others do the dirty work for him, Chase, during his time as Mashin Chaser, was someone being manipulated into doing the dirty work of protecting the Roidmudes from the Kamen Riders. Chase also has little to no outward emotional capability, whereas Haitani is constantly expressing his feelings.
- Seiko Omori - Chase/Kamen Rider Chaser: Both were manipulated by a higher power to fulfill a sinister goal. Chase had his program and memories tampered with by Brain to make him the Roidmude's guardian while Seiko was manipulated by Amahiko Haitani into forming a higher mutual contract to fulfill his own unknown plans. Chase, however, underwent this treatment unwillingly, whereas Seiko, though reluctant, went through with hers on her own volition.
- Orteca - Kohtaro Minami/Kamen Rider Black: While Kohtaro refused to become Creation King and rule the world, Orteca aspired to rule the world though any sinister means.
- Aguilera - Hana Natsuki/Kamen Rider Aguilera: Aguilera originally believed she was to be Giff's fiance and treasured the Deadmans cult. Upon learning that she was intended to be his vessel and later being rejected by the demon, she began to despise Giff and anyone who followed him, abandoning the Deadmans in the process and resuming a life as Hana Natsuki.
- Currently, Aguilera is the only contract holder who is the antithesis of the Rider basis.
- As the following contract holders' Vistamps do not have a normal Vistamp counterpart with a rider basis yet, they are the only ones who do not have an antithesis.
