The Blood Tribe (ブラッド族, Buraddo Zoku) are the main antagonists of Kamen Rider Build, and its two films, Kamen Rider Build: Be The One and Build NEW WORLD: Kamen Rider Cross-Z.[1] Originally from Planet Blood, their members escaped after their emperor destroyed the planet. As of Build NEW WORLD, Evolto is the last known survivor of the empire.
History[]

Not much is known about the early history of the planet and its denizens, but it is a known fact that they were an evil alien empire which devoured countless of planets across the cosmos, under the rule of Lord Killbus. One day, Killbus decided to destroy the planet with intent of later destroying the entire universe itself. When he discovered that his younger brother Evolto had escaped the destruction of the planet along with their most powerful weapon, the Pandora Box, he set out to find him.
Evolto and three other Blood Tribe aliens launched an attack on the planet Mars, where they faced the wrath of Martian Queen Vernage. She defeated them and was able to seal their souls inside Pandora Box, which had been kept on the planet Mars for an unknown amount of time. Meanwhile on Earth, the government of Japan had sent out an expedition team known as the Kiwami Project to explore the planet of Mars, until one of their members Soichi Isurugi had uncovered the Pandora Box. However he was possessed by Evolto and salvaged the remainders of the Evol-Driver before returning to his team. The rest of the souls possessed the other members of the team and worked behind the scenes in each of their own respective countries to help Evolto spark the war between Touto, Seito, and Hokuto. The Blood Tribe alien who possessed Kengo Ino worked alongside Masakuni Mido in Seito, while Mitsuomi Gobara worked with Yoshiko Tajimi. Ryoka Saiga worked alongside Taizan Himuro and personally knew Gentoku Himuro, who she told him to use Project Build as sinister warfare. [Kamen Rider Build: Be The One]
After Evolto (in the guise of Masakuni Mido) succeeded in implementing his new form of government in Japan by eliminating the three existing Prime Ministers, the three Blood Tribe members revealed themselves from the shadows and were appointed as governors. [The Scientist of Hope] However they began to act entirely on their own due to distrust between them and Evolto, who chose to not destroy the Earth right away after achieving his perfect form. After a year-long search, Killbus had finally located his brother on Earth and came looking for a fight. However, Evolto rebelled against his brother after his revival and formed an alliance with Team Build in the New World. Following Killbus' defeat, Evolto was the last remaining member of the Blood Tribe to remain in the New World. [Build NEW WORLD: Kamen Rider Cross-Z]
