Camponotus Worm Maxilla (カンポノタスワーム・マキシラ, Kanponotasu Wāmu Makishira) is a Carpenter Ant-like Worm of Camponotus Worm sub-class.

History

Kamen Rider Kabuto: Birth! Gatack Hyper Form!!

Maxilla is seen together with Oculus, they leading a group of Worm (Chrysalis) to fight against Kamen Rider Gatack in an abandoned building.

Although the Chrysalises are defeated by Gatack, due to Kagami want to changing into Hyper Form like Kamen Rider Kabuto did, he attempts to perform a counter Rider Kick by imitating Kabuto, but failed several times. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Camponotus Worms attacks together by delivering a double kick to Gatack, launches him meters away.

Later, Gatack realizes that he could not become Soji Tendo, regained his self confidence. Meanwhile Tendo comes to rescue Gatack, encouraged him. Kabuto Zecter also brings another Hyper Zecter from the future, allows Gatack to transform into Hyper Form, and fighting alongside Kabuto's Hyper Form. The Camponotus Worm Maxilla are blown into the air after Kabuto Hyper Form activated Hyper Clock Up, and directly hit by his Hyper Rider Kick, destroyed in process.

• "Camponotus" is the scientific name of the genus Oari (Camponotus), and "Maxilla" is the English name for the small jaw (maxilla).
