The Butterfly Orphnoch (バタフライオルフェノク, Batafurai Orufenoku) was an Orphnoch who assumed the form of a Smart Brain Lady Employee (スマートブレイン女性社員, Sumāto Burein Josei Shain). She was destroyed by Kaixa's Grand Impact.

- Butterfly Orphnoch's suit is identical to the Giraffe Orphnoch except the head.
- At the time of the movie airing, some fans thought it was the Orphnoch form of the Smart Lady due to its connection to the butterfly, but the only element it has is the butterfly-shaped face.
