The Brachio Deadman (ブラキオ・デッドマン, Burakio Deddoman) is a set of three Brachiosaurus-themed Deadman that was created from a scamming group by Kagero using the Brachio Proto Vistamp. After their deaths, the Vistamp was taken and purified by George Karizaki. Much later, a Brachio Deadman is created by Isao Saikawa using a different Brachio Proto Vistamp.

The Brachio Deadman is the result of an inner demon being released from a human's body by the power of the Brachio Proto Vistamp. It has acquired the genetic information of a Brachiosaurus and is characterized by being equipped with armaments on part of its body. So far, three types have been confirmed: a type equipped with a chainsaw, a type equipped with a cannon, and a type equipped with a drill.

The Brachio Deadman (Type-Union) (ブラキオ・デッドマン(TYPE-UNION), Burakio Deddoman (Type-Union)) is the combination of the three Brachio Deadman. Based on the genetic information of a Brachiosaurus, the whole body is equipped with the armaments acquired by each individual. It has the Type-A chainsaw head and long neck, the Type-B cannon head on its right arm, and the Type-C drill on its left arm. Although unconfirmed, it seems to be a strengthening system different from the Phase 1 identified so far, and it is a special type of Deadman. This is also the form of the Brachio Deadman created by Isao Saikawa.

- Because the Brachio Deadman's contract holder is a group rather than an individual person, these are the first Deadmen to be summoned in groups rather than an individual monster.
- Symbolizing their creation from a group of three, each Brachio Deadman has three of the Deadmen's characteristic masks on its head, as well as different undersuits.
- The Brachio Deadman Type-B is the first Deadman whose lower body corresponds to its animal motif.
- Aside the Brachiosaurus Dopant from Fuuto PI, the Brachio Deadman is the first Brachiosaurus-themed monster to have a live-action appearance in the Kamen Rider series.
- Brachio Deadman Type-Union were originally called Super Brachio Deadman (スーパー ブラキオ・デッドマン, Sūpā Burakio Deddoman) in early promotional material.
- Brachio Deadman is the first Deadman to gain an upgrade form without turning into the Phase 2 upgrade.
- The three Brachio Deadmen fusing into one alludes to how Kamen Riders Zi-O, Geiz and Woz can fuse into Kamen Rider Zi-OTrinity, as its Vistamp is used to access the Zi-O-based Brachio Genome.
- The weapon placements further allude to the parallel with Zi-OTrinity, with the chainsaw representing the Zikan Girade, the cannon representing the Zikan Zax, and the drill representing the Yari Mode of the Zikan Despear.
