Bomb Nightmare (ボムナイトメア, Bomu Naitomea) is a Nightmare that embodies nightmares about bombs. He appears in Tetsuya Fujimi's dreams and represents his resentment against the rest of the police force for not taking his investigation of Black Cases seriously.
History[]
The Bomb Nightmare first manifests through the Mind's Door of Tetsuya Fujimi, causing a series of explosions to cop cars. Baku confronts the Nightmare as Zeztz and tries to use his lucid dreaming to stop it. Due to it not actually being Baku's dream, the Nightmare is able to control reality enough to reverse Zeztz's attempt. The Nightmare then crawls inside another cop car before detonating it and several others. Zeztz is forced to awaken when Fujimi arrives and blames the Rider for it.
When Baku and Zero talk about the Nightmares, Baku realizes who the Nightmare is targeting. He is given an alert that the Bomb Nightmare had taken off with Fujimi's truck in his dreams while transporting a massive bomb inside of it, forcing Baku and Zero to race after it. Zeztz, using his new Transform Capsem, is able to cause the truck to flip over, forcing the Nightmare out. But just as Zeztz is about to fight it, Nox stops Zeztz and claims the Nightmare's form was born from Fujimi's desires and dreams, and states the Dreamer themselves is responsible for the bombings. Thanks to Nox, the Nightmare is able to detonate the building it was at and then escape. By the time Baku realizes that the Nightmare is acting out Fujimi's resentment, the final Mind's Door is opened when the dream police station is detonated, fulling the 'bad dream' and assimilating the detective. This allows the Nightmare to manifest in reality, fusing the waking and the dream worlds, also allowing for Nox to seed countless humans with Nightmares. The only thing left was for the Bomb Nightmare to go off, destroy his human host and becoming fully corporeal. Thankfully, Zeztz is able to transform in reality due to the state of the world and disarmed it with the Transform Capsem by stabbing his arm into its chest and then destroys it with the Impact Banish attack, preventing the precinct’s destruction.[Case3: Erode]

- Dream Manipulation: Like all Nightmares, the Bomb Nightmare has the ability to manipulate dreams it's in. It used this ability against Zeztz by moving a building into the sky and later causing its walls to close in on him in an attempt to crush him.
- Bomb Creation: The Bomb Nightmare can transform any object it touches into a bomb and detonate it.
- Self-Detonation: The Bomb Nightmare itself is a bomb, and it can explode without suffering any harm. The core of this explosive is inside its chest and is connected to the various red and blue wires that compose its body. If certain wires are cut like when disarming a real bomb, it becomes unable to explode.
- Fireballs: The Bomb Nightmare can launch fireballs from its hands. The fireballs can also take the form of flaming missiles that home in on the opponent. In its final battle, the Bomb Nightmare created a single gigantic fireball almost as large as itself.
- Exploding Wires: The Bomb Nightmare is able to extend several of wires from its hands and remotely control them. The ends of the wires are lit like fuses and will eventually explode.

- The Bomb Nightmare is voiced by Kosuke Echigoya (越後屋 コースケ, Echigoya Kōsuke), who's previous toku role was the Antenna Grumer
from Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger
. His suit actor is Yuji Nakata, who previously suited acted in Kamen Rider Gavv as both the Dark Shoma versions of Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv and Nyelv Stomach's full Granute form.

- The Bomb Nightmare is the first known Nightmare to successfully open all the Mind's Doors and take over a target.
- Notably, the Bomb Nightmare's voice changes before and after materializing in the real world, going from an old, raspy voice to a slightly pitched and exaggerated one.
