The Blue Oumu Yummy (オウムヤミー（青）, Ōmu Yamī (Ao)) is the first Oumu Yummy created by Ankh (Lost), through the desire of boxer Kazuki Okamura (岡村 一樹, Okamura Kazuki, portrayed by Hiroaki Fukui) to enter the ring once more.
To do so, the Blue Oumu Yummy attacks strong armed men and petrifies their arms to heal Okamura of his medical condition. The Blue Oumu Yummy is also charged with the task of taking Ankh's Core Medals. He initially manages to overpower both of the Kamen Riders, but Kamen Rider Birth uses the Birth·Day armor to immobilize the blue Oumu Yummy such that Kamen Rider OOO Shauta Combo can land the final blow. - Physical Strength Stealing: The Blue Oumu Yummy could steal a persons physical strength from someone by petrifying a certain part of their body and the physical strength manifest as blue feathers, he could then use the feathers to heal it's parents infliction such as it did with Okamura's left arm, it could use this ability in either it's Shiro Yummy form or it's evolved form.

- Flame Blast: The Blue Oumu Yummy could shoot fire from his mouth either as a long stream of flames or as a single fireball.
- Flight: The Blue Oumu Yummy could fly using it's wings.

The Blue Oumu Yummy is voiced by Tomohiro Tsuboi (坪井 智浩, Tsuboi Tomohiro), who also voiced the Red Oumu Yummy.
