The Bio Blade (バイオブレード, Baio Burēdo) is Biorider's signature weapon formed from the left side of his body. Like the Revolcane, the Bio Blade also glows when it is used, primarily when performing the Spark Cutter (スパークカッター, Spāku Kattā) attack, where Biorider presses a button on the sword’s handle to create an arc of light that drastically increases the sharpness of the blade, allowing him to slash his enemies in one blow.
The Bio Blade’s sharpness also allows it to cut through things or enemies that the Revolcane cannot. When Biorider is in Gel form, the blade also alters its state to a liquid form so it can remain with Biorider during battle.
In addition to its Spark Cutter, the Bio Blade can emit beam attacks from the tip that can strike enemies from further distances and even absorb and send an enemy’s energy attack back at them.[1]
