"We'll just trash this one and remake it all again! That's how this world - our playground - has always worked!"
―Beroba before destroying the Jyamato Garden.[src]
Beroba (ベロバ,Beroba) is the secondary antagonist of Kamen Rider Geats. She is the sponsor of the Jyamato and Michinaga Azuma's supporter who transforms into Kamen Rider Beroba (仮面ライダーベロバ,Kamen Raidā Beroba).
Beroba was born sometime in the distant future and became an audience member of the Desire Grand Prix, however she switched to supporting the Jyamato at some point and acquired a Laser Raise Riser, which allowed her to keep her youthful appearance despite actually being three-hundred and fifty years old.
Divergence Arc
Beroba offers Michinaga an opportunity for partnership.
After Michinaga's elimination and his slow mutation into a Jyamato, Beroba felt it was the perfect time to make herself known to her potential beneficiary. She offered to begin supporting Michinaga in exchange for his partnership in helping her taking down the Desire Grand Prix, who are in possession of a "Goddess of Genesis" which could turn the tides in their war.
Beroba makes herself known to Ziin.
During the Timebomb Game, Beroba visited Ziin in his waiting room, the latter pulling out his gun and asking Beroba to leave as only Rider supporters were allowed in there. However, she shrewdly revealed her newfound support for Buffa, with the latter's re-entry being approved by both Niramu and Chirami.
Beroba steals the Vision Driver from Chirami.
Through Chirami, she obtained the Nadge-Sparrow Rider Core ID and recruited Daichi Isuzu into her pool of beneficiaries. She revealed the true nature of the Jyamato to Daichi and Michinaga, both who became "thrilled" to join her. With Daichi's plan to seize the Goddess, they refrain from sending out a Jyamato, forcing an impatient Chirami to physically participate as as Glare2. However this was a trap for Beroba to steal his Vision Driver, which act as an access key to the temple holding the Goddess of Genesis. Their plan is temporarily impeded by Ziin, who transformed into a Rider to stop Beroba. Beroba is able to escape on her own and enter the temple to the Goddess of Genesis. Attempting to have her wish granted, she is interrupted by Niramu, who reveals that the goddess cannot grant a wish without the physical authorization of both the Game Master and the producer.
Beroba transforms.
Beroba later returned to the Garden and revealed the origins of her and the rest of the DPG management to Michinaga and Daichi, both who continue to support her after even after hearing her secrets. Beroba later enters the battlefield as Ziin watches Geats and Buffa's fight, with Ace overhearing the DGP supporters hailing from the far future. With their secrets now out in the open, Beroba transformed into a giant mecha-based Kamen Rider and obliterates the area, though everyone had escaped and survived the blast radius.
Lamentation Arc
With the Desire Grand Prix on hold, a special episode was aired to the audience to catch all the viewers up on what has transpired since. However, Beroba took this opportunity to hijack the Grand Prix and reformat it to her liking. Becoming the new management, she kickstarted the Jyamato Grand Prix and had her beneficiaries become the "protagonists" to the Riders who were still allied with the DGP, namely Geats, Tycoon, Na-Go, and Ziin.
Yearning Arc
Beroba and Kekera making a wish to the Goddess
When the Grand End arrived, instead of her and Kekera returning to their era, they decided to stay and made that their wish with the Vision Driver.
Genesis Arc
Kekera and Beroba transforming into their Premium forms
After Suel left, Samas and Zitt appeared before Beroba and Kekera, who offered her a Black Raise Riser Card. Later, she transformed into her premium form and faced Buffa, who would be defeated. After that, she along with Kekera and Keiwa would join the Gang Riders and kidnap Neon. After Kousei rescues Neon, however, she leaves and goes to the hospital to kill Neon’s family, until Neon stopped her and turned into Na-Go Fantasy Form and managed to defeat Premium Beroba. After this, Beroba then left and recruits Kanato Sumida to be a Kamen Rider again to continue to make Neon suffer.
Beroba's data returning to the future
When Ace became trapped at the Desire Temple, Beroba wanted to use the Tree of Knowledge to transform the people who were in the tree into Jyamato. Daichi arrived and tried to prevent this, but he was defeated. Before he is killed, Buffa and Na-Go arrive to assist him, and they flee. Later, Michinaga challenged Beroba to fight. She used her Kamen Rider form to fight against Buffa and defeated him easily. When she prepared to kill him, Buffa activated his Jyamashin power and defeated Beroba. When she said that they will die in the same tomb, Michinaga told her to do her evil things alone and she vanished with a smile of satisfaction.
Return
It was revealed she had barely survived and returned to the future. She witnessed the God Jyamato wreaking havoc in the digital world alongside Niramu. Niramu suffered a mortal wound trying to shield the both of them, but before his death, Niramu entrusted his Vision Driver to Beroba, hoping to change humanity's fate. She appeared in the DGP lobby much to everyone's surprise to deliver Niramu's post-mortem video message explaining the origins of the Future People, the Desire Grand Prix and the Jyamato, revealing that humanity is doomed in the future and hoping the humans from the past would ensure humanity's survival.
She later followed Michinaga to taunt him in regards to his inner Jyamato causing him pain. When asked what she truly wanted, she merely told him that she wished for the both of them to die together. As Michinaga rebuffed her and walked off, it was revealed that her time was running short due to a wound she had received from the God Jyamato.
She appeared once again to taunt Michinaga during his fight with Dooms Geats. Under the pretense of help, she got behind him before literally stabbing him in the back with a Jyamato branch in an attempted effort to reawaken his long-lost Jyamashin powers by transforming him into a mindless beast. Much to her shock, Ace would interfere, resulting in Michinaga receiving a new power, Plosion Rage, that he used to resume his fight with Dooms Geats. Disgusted at his new form, Beroba watched him charge into battle, then laments that he had avoided her puppet strings to the end before succumbing to her wound and disappearing.
Considering Ace's statement to his present self that the future is safe now with the God Jyamato never born, it can be assumed that Beroba and every victim of the God Jyamato were resurrected.

Post-Series & Other Events
Kamen Rider Outsiders
Beroba was sent by Ziin to invite the Outsiders in preparation for the new Desire Royale against Zein. Initially, none of them are interested in participating, with some even destroying the given Desire Cards, much to her annoyance, leaving only Gai Amatsu, George Karizaki and Ziin himself to fight against Ecole and Evol-X. Despite her failure in recruiting participants, the Outsiders, while all having differing objectives, all arrived at the battlefield with a shared goal to defeat Zein, followed by Yuto Sakurai and Brain who joined much latter.
After Zein and Evol-X were defeated and peace arrived, Beroba commented that while the fight delights her, none of the Outsiders are comparable to her supporting Rider.

Personality
Thoroughly evil and sadistic, Beroba is a wicked woman who exerts a manipulative nature to get what she wants. She has a deep distrust for the Desire Grand Prix and sadistically delights from seeing the tournament and other people's lives destroyed. Unlike the other supporters, she has a domineering attitude that makes her much despised by them and the Desire Grand Prix staff. Beroba additionally takes pleasure in mocking others in their darkest moments, as shown when she exposes Neon Kurama's past in front of the entirety of the Desire Grand Prix and mocks her, much to Ace's anger. Ironically, despite wanting to cause misery to others, Beroba never once actually experienced it herself. As pointed out by Michinaga, Beroba became hysterical and refused to accept the fact that she received a taste of her own medicine.
Beroba seems to have a fondness for jellybeans, eating them as a habitual quirk. She also somewhat takes pride in her youthful appearances, even proclaiming herself as a "defenseless maiden". Ziin and Michinaga comment about her actual age irritated her greatly. Despite her old age, Beroba also acts very childish, either laughing whenever something goes her way, or sticking her tongue out and doing akanbe gesture whenever something is not to her liking.
Furthermore, Beroba shows an amusement of having her victims turning into mindless Jyamato puppets, like what she did to Michinaga using a Jyamato branch. While it results a failure in her plan, Beroba is also hateful towards them after acquiring their new powers and forms via a wish to Ace (i.e., the Plosion Rage Raise Buckle). Even Beroba's sadism has its limits, as shown in Kamen Rider Outsiders. While she revels in the misery of others, Beroba would never stoop to, or condone omnicide. Her uneasy alliance with Ziin to rally the Outsiders against Zein is purely pragmatic than moral principle, showing that she doesn't allow anyone to end her source of amusement.

Beroba's Rider Form easily towers over all other Geats Riders up until her debut. In addition to levitation abilities, the amount of power this form possesses is enough to wipe out whole areas as massive as the Jyamar Garden. Despite this form lacking the ultra-high durability of Premium Beroba, Beroda is more familiar with this transformation and resumed using its capacity for mass destruction in her final fight against Buffa to seriously kill him.

At that time, the transformation may be canceled.
Head Pedestal (ヘッドペデスタル,Heddo Pedesutaru): The head device. It is responsible for expanding the functionality of the user's head, and by means of an unknown armor material called metamaterial, it has both high hardness that surpasses diamond as well as excellent toughness to repel all impacts.

Neon Kurama/Kamen Rider Na-Go: Initially just looking at Neon to be a great entertainment for her during JGP arc. However, her failure to destroy her resolve and put her in deep misery had made Beroba to point her as the second target for someone whom she wants to put in despair after Michinaga. Her resolve is shown after Keiwa has revived all DGP victims, including the criminals. She attempts to cause Neon great pain by having Akira's kidnapper return as a Rider and convince her that nobody truly cares about her. She was proven wrong when Neon's dad became a Rider and fought against him and her together, managing to save his daughter. Neon begins to feel genuine love for the first time and confronts Beroba, managing to get her powers back and use the Fantasy Buckle's power to defeat her with ease. She then begins to taste her own despair and goes as far as recruiting Kanato to cause her to suffer more greatly than before.
Michinaga Azuma/Kamen Rider Buffa: Being Buffa's sponsor, Beroba shows immense amount of admiration and affection to Azuma, even calling him using her own nickname, Michi. Azuma himself is quite annoyed by her antics. only cooperating with her so that his ideal world can be fulfilled, even if it means using her as Azuma exclaimed. After Azuma gets his wish, Beroba soon becomes uninterested in him now that he is no longer an "underdog". Beroba stays behind in Ace's world so she can witness Azuma's despair and suffering. She gained what she wants from Azuma after he had killed Sara, unintentionally. However, Beroba is not satisfied with just that, as she saw Azuma's heroism as something that doesn’t fit him. Thus, Beroba makes it her mission to bring the ultimate misery for Azuma, which is to kill him before he could even accomplish anything, although this ultimately failed as he managed to finish her off by utilizing the remnants of his Jyamashin power. Before Beroba disintegrated to nothingness, Beroba expressed that she wanted to join Azuma in the same grave, only to be mocked by the latter by exclaiming that her own misery is for herself to experience.
Chirami/Kamen Rider Glare2: Beroba intimidates and attacks him with her rider form in order to steal the Vision Driver and his job. Later, she copies his fingerprint to gain access to the driver's transformation abilities, effectively allowing her to be Glare2.

As Kamen Rider Glare2, her suit actress is Yuki Miyazawa (宮澤 雪,Miyazawa Yuki), who is also the regular suit actress for Kamen Rider Na-Go. As Premium Beroba, her suit actress is Mutsumi Igarashi (五十嵐 睦美,Igarashi Mutsumi) while Miyazawa performs as Na-Go when the two are on-screen together.
Etymology
Beroba's name comes from the Japanese phrase beroberobā (ベロベロバー,beroberobā), an onomatopoeia for teasing someone and/or sticking one's tongue out. This is displayed by Beroba's character trait of performing the mocking akanbe gesture, which consists of pulling one eyelid down while sticking the tongue out.
Beroberobā also often refers to the act of soothing an infant, which may be an allusion to Beroba's desire to remain young.

In the Korean dub of Kamen Rider Geats, which aired in South Korea, Beroba is renamed Meroma (메로마 meloma), while her Rider designation is Kamen Rider Meroma (가면라이더 메로마 gamyeonlaideo meloma).
