Behru (ベル, Beru) is one of the followers of S who transforms into Kamen Rider Abaddon Behru (仮面ライダーアバドンベル, Kamen Raidā Abadon Beru). After taking the Eden Driver from S, Behru transforms into Kamen Rider Lucifer (仮面ライダールシファー, Kamen Raidā Rushifā) as well as becoming the final antagonist of Kamen Rider Zero-One: REAL×TIME.
History[]
Kamen Rider Zero-One: REAL×TIME[]
Behru is an executive of Thinknet and one of S's loyal followers. Along with his allies, they pursued to create a digital paradise. He transformed into Kamen Rider Abaddon and responsible for spreading the nanomachines at the general public. While his appearance is an avatar composed of AI nanomachines, Behru's real-life identity is a mental health clinic employee connected to Thinknet while at work to commit acts of terrorism. While he initially believed S would lead Thinknet to paradise, Behru grew suspicious after Kamen Rider Eden decimated a large number of their followers.
Behru and several followers invaded the chapel where Aruto Hiden, Is, and S were at after learning their leader's plans were all for his deceased fiancée. Declaring that he will bring about a true paradise, Behru assumes leadership of Thinknet and uses the Eden Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Lucifer. While Behru continues the doomsday countdown alongside the Abaddon Riders, Kamen Rider Lucifer is ultimately defeated by Kamen Riders Zero-One and Zero-Two, with just a few seconds remaining on the clock. His real self is arrested with the other members of Thinknet.

Crowding Hopper (クラウディングホッパー, Kuraudingu Hoppā) is Kamen Rider Abaddon's default form accessed by Behru using the Crowding Hopper Progrisekey in the Slash Abaddoriser.
Kamen Rider Abaddon's stats are a compromise between Zero-One Rising Hopper and Vulcan Shooting Wolf, resulting in it being more balanced but lacking Zero-One's exceptional kicking power and jump height as well as Vulcan's running speed.
Due to his arrogant personality and being the highest ranked Abaddon, Behru normally watches battles from the sideline and lets those under him handle any opposition. When the other generals are overwhelmed, however, he will intervene.
Slash Abaddoriser finishers:
- Crowding Energy (クラウディングエナジー, Kuraudingu Enajī): Behru performs a yellow energy slash.
- Crowding Energy Fall (クラウディングエナジーフォール, Kuraudingu Enajī Fōru):

All of Lucifer's stats are moderately higher than Eden, but he is still weaker than Zero-Two and Zero-One Realizing Hopper. Overall, Lucifer might actually be less of a threat than Eden due to not demonstrating the ability to use the latter's nanomachines.
Like Eden, Lucifer wields the Thousand Jacker as his personal weapon.
Lucifer has the following finishers:
- Eden Driver finishers:
- Paradise Impact (パラダイスインパクト, Paradaisu Inpakuto): Lucifer counters an enemy's attack with a kick covered in cyan energy.
- Thousand Jacker finishers:
- Thousand Break (サウザンドブレイク, Sauzando Bureiku): Lucifer inserts a Progrisekey into the Thousand Jacker, pulls the hilt, and performs an attack utilizing the power of the inserted Progrise Key.
- Hellrise: Lucifer charges the Thousand Jacker with magenta and cyan energy before thrusting it forward, creating a cyan energy drill surrounded by purple energy and lightning.

Behind the Scenes[]
Portrayal[]
Behru is portrayed by Seiji Fukushi (福士 誠治, Fukushi Seiji). As Kamen Riders Abaddon and Lucifer, his suit actor is Yuji Nakata (中田 裕士, Nakata Yūji).
Etymology[]
This character's names and aliases all originate from the Bible:
- Kamen Rider Abaddon's name is derived directly from Abaddon, a biblical term referring to either a bottomless pit or an angel who commands an army of locusts, with the latter corresponding to Kamen Rider Abaddon's grasshopper motif.
- Kamen Rider Lucifer's name comes from Lucifer, a fallen angel cast down from heaven and the true name of Satan/the Devil, as it also corresponds to Behru's betrayal of S.
- Behru's name could possibly be derived from Bael, the first Demon mentioned from the Lesser Key of Solomon. The name could also be derived from Belial from the Hebrew Bible, which was later personified as a demon and associated with the Devil.
Notes[]
- Behru, Lugo, and Takuji Maeda are the only Thinknet members whose avatar forms and real selves are portrayed by the same actor.
- Kamen Rider Lucifer's suit is retooled and recolored from Kamen Rider Eden, with the shoulder and thigh armor recycled from Hopping Kangaroo, the shin armor recycled from Biting Shark and MetalCluster Hopper, the arms from Kamen Rider Zero-One, and the arm guards repainted from MetalCluster Hopper.
- According to actor Hideaki Ito, while Behru still uses the same equipment from Kamen Rider Eden, Ito believed that different people transforming with the Eden Driver have different characteristics, hence why Lucifer is a seperate Rider from Eden.[2]
