The Pulling Instrumental Sword Beat Closer (ヒッパレ奏剣 ビートクローザー, Hippare Sō Ken Bīto Kurōzā) is a sword created by Sento Kiryu for Kamen Rider Cross-Z. It can also be accessed by Kamen Rider Build in any form that uses the Dragon Fullbottle and Kamen Rider Evol in Dragon Form.
Design[1]
- Slash Enhancer (スラッシュエンハンサー, Surasshu Enhansā): A combustion attack unit built into the Beat Closer. It is equipped with a flamethrower and a mechanism for firing flame bullets, and can form a long blade of flame to cut large enemies in half.
- Drag Burn Slasher (ドラグバーンスラッシャー, Doragu Bān Surasshā): The blade of the Beat Closer. Ingredients from the Dragon Fullbottle are melted into part of the material, giving it extraordinary cutting power even at room temperature, and the blade's sharpness increases when it heats up.
- Beat-Up Gauge (ビートアップゲージ, Bīto Appu Gēji): A meter installed on the Beat Closer. It indicates the operating status of the Beat Up Charger (ビートアップチャージャー, Bīto Appu Chājā), an internal engine that generates energy when a technique is activated. The higher the meter, the greater the power of the attack, and when it enters the red zone, the most powerful finishing moves can be used
- Sender Pile (センダーパイル, Sendā Pairu): A transfer device installed on the Beat Closer. It activates when it receives a transfer signal from Cross-Z and transfer the Beat Closer to the specified coordinates.
- Fullbottle Slot (フルボトルスロット, Furubotoru Surotto): The slot for Fullbottles when activating finishing moves. It absorbs the contents of the loaded Fullbottle into the weapon, adding its properties to the finishing move.
- Close Beatrigger (クローズビートリガー, Kurōzu Bītorigā): The trigger used when activating finishing moves. After loading a Fullbottle into the Fullbottle Slot and operating the Grip End Starter, pulling the trigger activates the finishing move.
- Break Grip (ブレイグリップ, Burei Gurippu): The grip of the Beat Closer. It is equipped with a motion detecting system that optimizes attacking behavior by recording and analyzing the enemy's movements and the user's habits.
- Grip End Starter (グリップエンドスターター, Gurippu Endo Sutātā): The end of the grip used when activating finishing moves. By pulling it out, the Beat Up Charger inside the weapon is activated. Also, the power and characteristics of the move change depending on the number of times it is pulled.

Special Attacks
The Grip End Starter at the bottom of the Beat Closer is pulled to activate special attacks. It can be pulled up to three times to perform stronger attacks:
- Smash Hit (スマッシュヒット, Sumasshu Hitto): Cross-Z delivers a powerful slash with the blade covered in dark blue fire.
- Million Hit (ミリオンヒット, Mirion Hitto): Cross-Z launches a slash that takes the form of music equalizer bars.
- Mega Hit (メガヒット, Mega Hitto)
Finishers
Inserting a Fullbottle results in a finisher that can be upgraded pulling the Grip End Starter in the same way as the special attacks.
Smash Slash (スマッシュスラッシュ, Sumasshu Surasshu): Cross-Z or Evol channels the energy of a Fullbottle in his Beat Closer, pulls the Grip End Starter one time and performs a powerful slash.
- Dragon: Cross-Z Magma covers the Beat Closer's blade in flames and slashes the enemy.
- Dragon (EvolBottle): Evol delivers a powerful slash covered in red and blue flames.
Million Slash (ミリオンスラッシュ, Mirion Surasshu): Cross-Z channels the energy of a Fullbottle in his Beat Closer, pulls the Grip End Starter two times and performs a powerful slash.
- Lock: This finisher has two variations:
- Cross-Z sends a dark blue fire stream at the enemy.
- Cross-Z binds the enemy with energy chains.
Mega Slash (メガスラッシュ, Mega Surasshu): Cross-Z channels the energy of a Fullbottle in his Beat Closer, pulls the Grip End Starter three times and performs a powerful slash.
- Lock: Cross-Z strikes the enemy with the Beat Closer as it projects an energy version of the Bind Master Key.
Cross-Z Charge can combine the powers of the Beat Closer and the Twin Breaker to perform a powerful finisher.
- Mega Slash/Let's Break (メガスラッシュ/レッツブレイク, Mega Surasshu/Rettsu Bureiku):
- Lock Fullbottle + Cross-Z Dragon: Cross-Z Charge's body is surrounded by blue and orange energy while a gold energy construct of a key forms around the Beat Closer's blade. He then swings the Beat Closer, creating a flaming ball of gold energy, and summons a blue and orange energy Chinese dragon from the Twin Break that grabs the ball of energy in its mouth before flying into the enemy.

Notes
- The Beat Closer is designed after songs, electronic music, and music composition in various ways:
- The attack names "Smash Hit", "Million Hit", and "Mega Hit" refer to a hit record, a successful song or album.
- The bar running along the blade is an audio visualizer.
- Its musical loops are examples of electronic dance music.
- The term "Hippare" comes from a Japanese phrase meaning "to pull" (引っ張れ, Hippare), referring to the Grip End Starter's pulling functionality, but it is also a pun on the word hipparē (ヒッパレー), a Japanese contraction of the term "hit parade".
- The Million Hit attack projects visualized sound waves.
- The Fullbottle Slot makes the Shielding Cap of a Fullbottle resemble to a knob cap.
- In terms of Build’s science theme, the Grip End Starter vaguely resembles a syringe plunger in usage.
