Bearkonger (ベアーコンガー, Beākongā, 46) - A brown bear monster of Shocker. Shockers plain was to melt the snow of Kusatsu Plateau, causing floods. They would threaten Professer Mikawa to do it, Bearkonger mission was to keep watch on Mikawa's son and to kill interlopers. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider 2's Rider Kick.
Personality[]
In Kaijin form Bearkonger can only say "Bear", he can speak normally in human form.

- Height: 170 cm.
- Weight: 65 kg.

- He was armed with a sharp claw for the left arm and was able to survive in freezing conditions and ride a snowmobile.
