Baron Kiba (キバ男爵, Kiba Danshaku) is a leopard-skin wearing witch doctor from Africa, second general of Destron, and leader of the Fang Clan. He is the true identity of Kyuketsu Mammoth (吸血マンモス, Kyūketsu Manmosu).
History[]
After his Fang Tribe was wiped out by Kamen Rider V3, Baron Kiba later called on the spirits of Doovoo to give him the power to transform into the Kyuketsu Mammoth so that he could take revenge on V3 in his final battle. He was destroyed by V3's V3 Kaiten Sandan Kick. [Baron Tusk's Final Transformation]

Kyuketsu Mammoth appears as the third boss at the end of the third stage. He uses a giant pogo stick to try to crush Riderman and make rocks fall from the ceiling of the cave using a high jump. The objective is to attack him from a distance using the machine gun power-up and evade the falling rocks until he falls and is defeated.

Baron Kiba holds several mystical powers, with his spear capable of launching explosive bursts of energy. In human form alone, Baron Kiba proved an immensely skillful warrior, being able to fight against Hayato Ichimonji/Kamen Rider 2 on near equal-terms.

As Kyuketsu Mammoth. he could extend his trunk to drink human blood, launch his upper tusks, use his left hand as a battering ram, and create earthquakes by shouting an incantation.

In Kamen Rider V3, Baron Kiba was portrayed by Eiji Gō (郷 鍈治, Gō Eiji). As Kyuketsu Mammoth, he was voiced by Eken Mine, his suit actor was Masaru Okada. [1]
