Azumi (あずみ) is the human form of the Serpent Undead (サーペントアンデッド, Sāpento Andeddo), the Category Queen of Diamonds Undead.
History[]
Kamen Rider Blade[]
Azumi was first shown on a bridge, using her hair to strike at the Tortoise Undead to aid her. That night, she encountered and targeted Hajime due to him being the Joker. Once they start fighting, she ultimately defeats him, leading to Hajime getting amnesia, then retreating. She is later shown walking in the crosswalks still search for him. Later mistaking Ryo for Hajime when the man was with Kotaro, Azumi sics the Tortoise Undead at them, only retreating again upon realizing that he was not the Joker she was after. Evenutally, Azumi saw from afar Hajime and Ryo together when they were settling their dilemma. As Hajime was performing in the taiyaki vs takoyaki competition, Azumi laughs at his condition and mocked him for his "newfound interest" in takoyaki before attacking him. Michi tried to help Hajime, only for Azumi to harm her. Upon hearing her voice, Hajime recovered from his amensia and fights Azumi. Seeing Michi injured caused Ryo to use a takoyaki plate to harm her in the face, making Azumi writhe in pain. Hajime then easily defeated and sealed Azumi, then giving the sealed Absorb Serpent card to Garren to successfully assume his own Jack Form. [The Two Chalices][Lost Memories]
OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders[]
A mishap caused by the Greeed Ankh unintentionally altered the timeline which enabled Shocker to utilize the Core Medal to create the Shocker Greeed which defeated the Double Riders and seemingly erased the legacy of the Kamen Riders from history.Tiger Undead and other monsters and Kamen Riders come back later, She is seen fighting Kamen Rider Black and Kamen Rider RX.[OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders]

Not much is known about Azumi, although she has that hysterical laugh all the time, even in public, somewhat making her a psychotic person.
