Avalon (アヴァロン, Avaron) is a location in an alternate dimension that contains the powerful King of Arthur Wonder Ride Book. Reaching it was the objective of both the Sword of Logos and Kamen Rider Calibur.

Overview

Avalon appears as a vast beach with orange skies and water. The place where Yuri and the King of Arthur Wonder Ride Book reside in appears as a white light floating in the sky. When entered, it is a white void inside.

Accessing Avalon

Touma Kamiyama discovered the instructions for entering Avalon in a hidden book accessed by pushing specific books in the Sword of Logos Northern Base's library. The first step to opening the way to Avalon was uniting 13 Wonder Ride Books with a Seiken. The necessary Wonder Ride Books are Storm Eagle, Needle Hedgehog, Kobuta 3 Kyoudai, Houshin Kamen Engi, Kirin no Ongaeshi, Osha Jizou San, Bakusou Usagi to Kame, Tsuki no Hime Kaguyan, Issun Bushi, Sarukani Wars, Daishogun Momoichirou, Daikengou Urashimajirou, and Daiyokozuma Kinzaburou. Because Touma could not draw his sword at the time due to Storious sealing his powers, Kento Fukamiya performed the process instead. This allows access to the initial beach area of Avalon. To reach the King of Arthur Wonder Ride Book, the Brave Dragon and Jaaku Dragon Wonder Ride Books must be brought together.

Calibur acessing Avalon

Due to not possessing the required Wonder Ride Books, Kamen Rider Calibur devised an alternate way of accessing Avalon. First, he had Storious seal Kamen Rider Saber's powers in a book found locked away in the Megid headquarters. He then used the book, substituted the Wonder Ride Books with 13 Alter Ride Books, and recited the instructions for reaching Avalon backwards.

Touma and Yuri in Avalon

After Kento opened the portal to Avalon, he and Touma entered it and passed through several dimensions before arriving on the beach. However, Calibur was already waiting for them and transformed. Kento transformed as well and summoned the Ride Gatriker for Touma to continue on while he held Calibur off. Touma pointed out that once they reached Avalon, Calbur would simply follow them there, and he and Kento headed to the land under the bright light together. Calibur followed them and knocked Espada away. When he moved towards Touma to take the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book, his Jaaku Dragon Wonder Ride Book reacted to it. This summoned the two dragons, circled around the bright light and summoned the door to Avalon properly.

Espada then held Calibur down, allowing Touma to enter it. Inside, Touma met Yuri, who told Touma not to seek the power that resided there. After insisting, Touma closed his eyes to sense where the King of Arthur Wonder Book was and grabbed it.

Yuri told him this began his trial and Touma suddenly appeared in a room where a large being of energy attacked him. Touma transformed into Saber Dragon Arthur and defeated the being. He then appeared back in Avalon, where Yuri gave him a blank Wonder Ride Book. He told him to draw out its power, and that they meet again at that time. Back on the beach, Calibur left once he knew that Touma had obtained the power in Avalon. Touma then arrived there and reunited with Kento before they left together.
