The Angel Malgam speaks in a soft, polite tone of voice, rarely raising its voice. However, it is shown to be incredibly sadistic, taking pleasure in psychological torturing Supana by revealing that his parents are dead and dodging his fury-filled attacks effortlessly while chuckling.

- Soul-body Resuscitation: The Angel Malgam has the power to revive souls and bodies using the ability of Chemy Angelead, and while those who are revived retain their memories, they lose the special skills they had before they were alive.
- Sharp Feathers: The Angel Malgam can fire its sharp feathers as projectiles.
- Weaknesses
- Resurrected Individuals: Anyone the Angel Malgam resuscitates can still act on their own free will. As such, they can prevent themselves from being bought back by the Malgam. This was shown when Renchi and Suzu managed to prevent the Angel Malgam from bringing them back further.

Angel Malgam is voiced by Anri Katsu (勝 杏里, Katsu Anri), who previously voiced Roidmude 106 in Kamen Rider Drive and Killbus in Build NEW WORLD: Kamen Rider Cross-Z.
