The Almighty Book (全知全能の書, Zenchizen'nō no Sho),[1] also known as the Great Book (大いなる本, Ōinaru Hon),[2] is a powerful tome of history that contains everything known to man; myths, creatures, stories, science, technology, and the evolution of human civilization. However, its pages were ripped out and scattered, with some becoming the Wonder Ride Books, which became the source of the Sword of Logos' powers as Kamen Riders.
History[]
The book was originally the power which creates the world, with all the knowledges contained within it. Thousands of years ago, Tassel, alongside with four indivduals were in search of the source of knowledge in order to create a world where people can live without suffering. Tassel finally meets the Priestess, leading him to the Almighty Book. When Tassel makes his first contact with the book, Wonder World was created and he became its guardian. Overjoyed with the results, he invites his comrades to witness the new world. While everyone seems to be impressed, Legeiel, Storious and Zooous have been tempted by the book's powers, each ripping one page from the book, which becomes the first three Alter Ride Books and the trio has become Megid, causing war among the world. To prevent further tragedy caused by the book, the Priestess sacrificed her own existence, resulting some pages of the Almighty Book being ripped and scattered across the world, becoming the Wonder Ride Books. After the incident, Tassel and the first Master Logos has separated the remaining parts of the book into three fragments, which the Master keeps the two of them in the two bases of the Sword of Logos separately to protect the Earth while Tassel possess the remaining one to protect the Wonder World, leaving the book only the page of catalogue remains.
When Daichi Kamijo tried to discover the secrets of the Almighty Book, he was stopped by Touma Kamiyama, with both Riders falling into a world created by the book. Through undisclosed means, Desast was capable of traveling to that world. The world crumbled after Daichi's death, with Touma leaving thereafter.
Master Logos wishes to reform and bend the completed Almighty Book to his will, desiring to destroy the world before remaking it in his own image. He used his fragment of the Almighty Book to banish Tassel when the latter came to intervene with his plans. When he declared war against the Northern Base, he used it again to conjure an energy bow that severely damaged the Base's barrier.
The Northern Base's fragment of the Almighty Book was used by Sophia in an attempt to repair the damaged barrier of the Northern Base. When she decided to risk her own life in stopping Zooous Predator, she gave the fragment to Mei Sudo, entrusting it in her care and protection. Once Rintaro Shindo regained his convictions and resolve, the Almighty Book's fragment responded to his strong emotions and became the Tategami Hyoujuusenki Wonder Ride Book, enabling him to ultimately defeat and kill Zooous.
Master Logos sets up a plan at a later time to gather all Riders' Wonder Ride Books and perform a ritual in order to reform the Almighty Book, until it was interrupted by Touma, which becomes the Omni Force Wonder Ride Book.
After ending Master Logos' life, Storious now is in the possession of the Omni Force Wonder Ride Book, alongside his, Legeiel's, and Zooous', Alter Ride Books, aiming to get the last one, which was Victor's. Some time after getting all the powers of the First Five, and having stored a massive amount of people-infused blank Wonder Ride Books, Touma, Reika and Ryoga tried to stop Storious in furthering out his plans, but the three were then confronted by the Charybdis Megid and the New Sophia that Storious had made. Storious had Charybdis devour New Sophia along with all of the people-infused books he had made to empower it, before sending it to attack the three swordsmen. After Touma and the Shindai siblings beat it back however, Storious stepped into the field himself, launched a beam attack from each book of the First Five to serve as a distraction, and had the Charybdis Megid devour him along with all five pieces of the Almighty Book. After a few seconds, Storious burst out of the Megid after it shattered from the inside-out, with the Almighty Book's remaining pieces having now been forged into the singular Grimoire Wonder Ride Book.
The Almighty Book was completely erased when Saber, Blades, and Espada defeated Storious, thus allowing the world to end, which Touma sacrificed himself to recreate both Earth and Wonder World.

Fragments[]
Aside from normal Wonder Ride Books, large fragments of the Almighty Book are shown as normal books with red covers, in the middle of which is a gem. These books are possessed by the leaders of each branch of the Sword of Logos as well as Tassel. These books are incredibly powerful and can be transformed into Wonder Ride Books as well.
Up to now, the large fragments were shown to have following powers:
- Energy Arrow: Master Logos can manifest an energy bow from his Almighty Book fragment, and shoot an arrow from the Southern Base to the Northern Base. The arrow can split into multiple smaller arrows, and is strong enough to severely damage the barrier of the Northern Base.
- Teleportation: Master Logos can use his book fragment to teleport people and objects to anyplace at will.
- Longevity: Due to the Almighty Book fragment, Master Logos can live a little longer than an ordinary human, but not equal to Tassel or Yuri, both of whom can live for thousands of years.
- Direct Communication: Sophia has used the book fragment of Northern Base to communicate with the members of Northern Base in a form similar to telepathy.
- Ridebook transformation: If certain circumstances were met, the book can be transformed into a new Wonder Rider Book, retaining its previous powers while having new powers at the same time.
