The Alexander Gamma Eyecon (アレクサンダー眼魔眼魂, Arekusandā Ganma Aikon) is a sentient Gamma Eyecon which appears in the film Kamen Rider 1 as well as the final installment of Kamen Rider Ghost: Legendary! Riders' Souls!. This Eyecon is loosely based on Alexander III, King of Macedon. He succeeded his father, Philip II to the throne at the age of twenty. He spent most of his ruling years on an unprecedented military campaign through Asia and northeast Africa, and by the age of thirty he had created one of the largest empires of the ancient world, stretching from Greece to northwestern India, now known as "Alexander the Great". He was undefeated in battle and is widely considered one of history's most successful military commanders.

History

The Eyecon was first given to Ambassador Hell by a mysterious hooded figure sometime before the Ambassador's death and later revival. The Eyecon somehow ended up inside of Mayu Tachibana, going unnoticed except for occasionally possessing her, briefly giving her extreme strength, an echoing shout, and a confrontational attitude. After she was captured by Shocker and the Eyecon removed by Ambassador Hell, it fell into the hands of Urga, who used it to become the extremely powerful Urga Alexander.

Unfortunately for him, Alexander's soul was too powerful, making Urga lose control of himself, even attacking his own Nova Shocker allies when they tried to help him. After Urga's defeat by Ghost, Specter, and Rider 1, the Eyecon was crushed into pieces by Ambassador Hell, noting that something like this which would make him lose himself was actually meaningless. However, this Eyecon is later used by the Dark Mind to enhance his form into Gamma Ultima Alexander as he fights Kamen Riders Ghost and Specter. However, the Dark Mind is ultimately destroyed by Ghost Heisei Damashii's Omega Drive. ^{[Last Chapter: 1 & Heisei]}

Powers & Abilities

The Alexander Eyecon has a commanding personality, overriding the will of anyone it possesses or who tries to use it, except seemingly the Dark Mind. It grants its users extreme strength and power, equipping them with a large sword and a Parka Ghost with a large cape and a golden lion jaw helmet with a tall red feather mane. The sword has the ability to extend a gigantic energy projection of itself.

Portrayal

The Alexander Gamma Eyecon is voiced by veteran voice actor Shōzō Iizuka (飯塚 昭三, Iizuka Shōzō), who also voiced the Dark Mind.

Notes

• Alexander is the only Gamma Eyecon Parka Ghost to be assumed by a Gamma Ultima as well as the only such Parka Ghost to be assumed by a non-Gamma. Conversely, it is also the only such Parka Ghost to not be assumed by a Gamma Superior.
