Akira Asakura (浅倉 暁, Asakura Akira) was the younger brother of Takeshi Asakura. They were separated after a fire caused by the 13 year old Takeshi killing their entire family. He was later adopted by relatives with his name changed to Mihara. He died when Takeshi, now Kamen Rider Ouja, caught up to him and fed him to his Contract Monster Venosnaker.
However, in the new timeline, he's alive and well due to the absence of Venosnaker, as was implied by Chuta Nezu's threat to have him killed. [ep.1 Mirror World Treasure and Ouja's Return]
