Adolf Hitler was the leader of the Nazi Germany regime which had ties with Shocker. He was said to have hidden a secret treasure which was pursued by Dr. Heinrich and Shinigami Chameleon. Adolf Hitler's likeness served as the basis for the motif of a G.O.D. monster known as Starfish-Hitler.
