Acarina Worm (アキャリナワーム, Akyarina Wāmu) is a tick/mite-like Worm of Acarina Worm sub-class.
History[]
Kamen Rider Kabuto[]
Acarina Worm is seen attacks a woman in an underground passage, Arata Kagami saved the woman and transformed into Kamen Rider Gatack Rider Form, fighting Acarina Worm. Although Acarina Worm attacks in cooperation with Worm (Chrysalis), it still unable to overwhelm Kamen Rider Kabuto Rider Form. They fight at super high speeds after the activation of Clock Up, but Kabuto and Gatack work together to destroy the Chrysalises. Acarina Worm is also destroyed by double Rider Kick from the two Kamen Riders.
Kamen Rider G[]
A member of Shade under Daido Oda transformed into Acarina Worm. He fought alongside Brachypelma Worm Viridis, Cochlea Worm, and Subst Worm, against Kamen Rider G who destroyed them all. [Kamen Rider G]

Powers and Abilities:
- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well.
- Clock Up: Like all molted Worms, they can trigger Clock Up, gaining the ability to move at incredible speeds while still observing the world around them at normal speed.
- Spikes: Acarina Worm is able to shoot out the spikes as missles grown in his body.

- Hooked Claw: Acarina Worm armed with large hooked claw on his right arm, it is able to crushes enemy.
