A New Life (新しい命, Atarashii Inochi) is the fiftieth and final episode of Kamen Rider Ryuki. This episode marks the final battle between Knight and Odin, and Ouja's final redemption against Zolda once and for all.
Synopsis
With his status as a last Rider standing, Ren faces off against Odin in order to grant his wish, while Asakura prepares for his final battle against Kitaoka once and for all. Later, Asakura successfully kills Zolda only to realize it was Goro the whole time, only for him to be gunned down to death by the police. After hearing Yui's appeal to stop the Rider War, Kanzaki finally realizes the pointlessness, while Ren was the sole surviving Rider with his wish granted, he later died from his fight with Odin.

Notes
- It is finally revealed that Kamen Rider Odin was only a puppet that Shiro Kanzaki created.
- This finale reveals that Sanako adopts Yui when Shiro was separated and then transferred to America, concreting her story about Yui's past back in Determination of Battle.
- It is assumed because of his unresponsiveness that Ren seemingly also "died" at the end.
- Final appearance of Darkwing, Magnugiga and Genocider.
- This finale contains some of the first time Riders used card/finisher only once as the finale reaching its conclusion:
- First and only time Ouja successfully executes Doomsday in his final duel against Zolda.
- Only time Odin uses Final Vent card during his final battle against Knight.
- All Monster drawings Shiro and Yui drew was replaced with family drawings, sceneries and doodles as the series draws its conclusion. This is the last will Yui tells to her brother before she fades away in the last episode; drawing a world where everyone in this world can live and stay happy together instead of drawing Monsters.
- Including Odin, this episode contains the most Rider's death in one episode of Ryuki at four (4).
- Following the Time Reversal, all Riders (except Ren) killed in the previous battle is finally revived; their memory of being Riders has been completely erased, and they're living like a normal person during the finale's credit run:
- Megumi is shown to be working at ORE Journal even though she was not even there when Shinji was required to cover the golden crayfish story. This might indicates that the Time Reversal affected Riders involved in the battle only, but not to everyone who responsible for investigating Mirror World's mystery, since they are not involved in Rider War.
- We finally saw Goro and Kitaoka inside a car as he prepares himself for his first press conference with the journalists as a 'super-lawyer'. It is clearly unknown if Kitaoka still bears illnesses he suffered during his participation in the Rider War before.
- We can saw Tezuka performs fortune-telling to Shinji about his luck when Asakura walked past and bumps Shinji's bike, but he didn't attack him, since his memory of being Rider had been completely erased. It can be considered that Tezuka's friend's accident was not a result of the Rider War.
- Asakura still with his hot-headed behavior, but is seen never intended to threaten or hurting anyone. It is clearly unknown if Asakura still holds his criminal records he possessed.
- Satoru Tojo is seen still as a college student when he accidentally bumps Shinji and later apologizes, but they never knew each other.
- It is strange that Ren still resides at the Cafe, considering the only reason he originally resided there was because he knew Yui.
- Despite all Riders killed in the battle was revived after the battle ends, it is unknown what happened to Masashi (Scissors), Jun (Gai) and Mitsuru (Imperer) as both of these characters were absent in this final episode.
- With the Rider War ends, it can be presumed that all Contract Monsters, Mirror Monsters and Advent Cards they possessed was officially disappeared, and the Mirror World is completely sealed for good.
- Despite that all Contract Monsters, Mirror Monsters and Advent Cards was officially disappeared, it is unknown how does the Riders regain their powers back (mostly Ryuki) for later appearance.
- The main setting of Rider War for this series will be used again 10 years later in Kamen Rider Gaim.
- Interesting enough, Tomohisa Yuge who portrayed Goro Yura in this series would return in Gaim as well, portraying his role as Druper's owner Kiyojiro Bando. Before Gaim, Tomohisa was first portrayed his role as Masato Mishima in Kamen Rider Kabuto.
- This is the only final episode of Heisei Kamen Rider to use a song that isn't the opening or ending for the final credits of the season, instead using the song Inori, the character song for Yui Kanzaki
