Pantheras Luteus (パンテラス・ルテウス, Panterasu Ruteusu, 1)[1] is a jaguar Lord and the first of the Lords to appear, possessing a red scarf around his neck.
Character History[]
Agito[]
He targeted the entire Saeki family, killing them one by one. Makoto Hikawa encountered the Lord after he killed the wife, sparing him as he was not his target. Hikawa took instant pursuit in G3 gear, overpowered by Luteus until Agito arrived and destroyed the Lord with his Ground Form's Rider Kick. [The Warrior's Awakening]
OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders[]
Pantheras Luteus fights Agito alongside Cetos Orcinus as the Riders appear to fight Shocker.
Due to a change in history caused by Ankh leaving a O Medal behind in 1971, Shocker achieved its goal of world dominion with the Shocker Greeed which defeated the Double Riders, and new members from the various groups that would had manifested in the normal timeline after Shocker's destruction. Pantheras Luteus was among the many monsters who were part of the this alliance, first appearing by El of the Water's side as he represents the Lords at the Shocker alliance conference. Later, as more and more of the Kamen Riders started appearing and fighting Shocker's forces, Luteus fought Agito alongside Cetos Orcinus only to be defeated. Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen[]
However, he is revived in Super Hero Taisen as a member of Dai-Shocker. As Dai-Shocker and Dai-Zangyack unite and assemble he is seen getting run over by Red Buster and Fourze. During the final battle he is seen fighting, Blue3, MegaPink, Blue Dolphin, and Big One.
